Player News
Grizzlies have officially waived guard Jordan Adams.
Adams, the Grizzlies first-round pick in 2014, hasn't been able to stay healthy since coming into the league which definitely factored into him being waived. He played just two games in 2015 before getting cartilage removal surgery that ended his campaign. Adams is still very young and will likely catch on elsewhere. He'll probably end up in the D-League in all likelihood.

Jordan Adams (knee) will undergo arthroscopic surgery next week.
This will be the young guard's second knee surgery in a year but it won't cost him the rest of the season. The timeline for his recovery is 6-8 weeks following Tuesday's surgery. He has been a complete non-factor this season for the Grizz only playing in two games all year. He will now look to get healthy and work toward a more impactful 2016-17 campaign.
