Ennis was signed and then waived by the Raptors on Saturday, Blake Murphy of The Athletic reports.

Ennis was waived by the Lakers on Thursday.

Ennis mustered 4.1 points, 1.9 assists and 1.8 rebounds across 54 games played with the Lakers in 2017-18.

Ennis supplied 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists and two steals across 23 minutes in a 105-99 loss to the Rockets on Tuesday.
