Talen Horton-Tucker provided a boost off the bench with 27 points (8-of-16 FGs), six rebounds, three assists and three three-pointers against the Raptors on Tuesday.
This was the second time this season that THT has played at least 30 minutes in a game, and he has scored at least 20 points in each of them. His 27 points on Tuesday were a new season-high for him, and it came 24 hours after he scored 16 points in 16 minutes against the Thunder. That came after not playing in three straight games. The 24-year-old was able to make an impact off the bench despite his spot in the rotation being inconsistent all season.
Talen Horton-Tucker (leg) is available for Saturday’s game against the Warriors.
Horton-Tucker is set to return after missing the last three games with a leg injury. The 24-year-old shooting guard doesn’t have a large enough role to significantly impact the Bulls’ rotation, let alone fantasy basketball lineups.
Talent Horton-Tucker (leg) has been ruled out for Tuesday’s Bulls-Heat game.
THT will miss his second straight game for the shorthanded Bulls. His absence could benefit Patrick Williams, who was demoted to the bench last month and has scored at least 11 points in four straight games.
Talen Horton-Tucker (leg) is doubtful to play against the Heat on Tuesday.
THT is expected to miss a second straight game, but even when he has been healthy recently, he hasn’t played a significant role. His expected continued absence will not have much of an impact on the team’s rotation.
