Dellavedova, whose 2022-23 season came to a premature end due to a fractured right index finger, is headed back to his native Australia to continue his pro career. Delly, who was due to become an unrestricted free agent this summer, averaged 6.7 minutes per game in 32 appearances for the Kings this season. Sacramento's top two point guards, De'Aaron Fox and Davion Mitchell, are under contract for next season, so they should be fine at that position. 

Dellavedova, who suffered the injury during Sacramento's March 29 win over Portland, has been sidelined ever since. In the aftermath of the surgery, he remains without a timeline for return. As long as starter De'Aaron Fox and backup point guard Davion Mitchell remain healthy, Delly's absence will not impact the Kings' rotation. 

Dellavedova suffered the injury during the fourth quarter of Wednesday's win over Portland. Per the announcement from the team, various treatment options are currently under consideration, and there's no timeline for Delly's return to game action. His absence will not impact fantasy basketball, as Dellavedova is third in the Kings' pecking order at point guard when everyone is healthy.
