Delaney (ankle) signed a one-year, $2 million contract Saturday with the Guangdong Southeastern Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association, Nikos Varlas of EuroHoops.net reports.

Delaney has become an unrestricted free agent as a result of the Hawks not tendering him a qualifying offer, Michael Scotto of The Athletic New York reports.

Delaney (ankle) underwent surgery on his left ankle Monday and is expected to need six-to-eight weeks of recovery time, Michael Cunningham of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Delaney (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's regular season finale against the 76ers, KL Chouinard of the Hawks' official site reports.
