Wizards head coach Brian Keefe said that Khris Middleton (knee) is likely to miss the rest of the season.
Middleton had already been ruled out for Friday’s game, so this update from Keefe just simply means that Middleton will likely miss a ninth-straight game on Sunday in the regular season finale. As if anyone was expecting him to play in that. Thanks coach. Washington will continue to rely on the young guys against Miami on Sunday.
Khris Middleton (knee) is out for Tuesday’s game against the Pacers and Richaun Holmes (shoulder) is doubtful.
Tuesday’s game will be Middleton’s sixth straight missed with a knee injury. Holmes will likely miss a third consecutive game with a shoulder injury. The absences have opened up playing time for some of Washington’s younger players, notably AJ Johnson and Trista Vukcevic.
Khris Middleton (knee) and Kyshawn George (ankle) are out against the Celtics on Sunday.
Middleton and George will remain out for Sunday’s game, with the former missing a fifth straight and the latter a seventh. Justin Champagnie and AJ Johnson have moved into the starting lineup, and both are worth streaming in deep leagues.
Khris Middleton (knee) and Kyshawn George (ankle) are out against the Magic on Thursday.
Middleton and George remain out for another game, with Middleton missing a fourth straight and George’s unfortunate streak extended to six straight. Justin Champagnie and AJ Johnson should stay in the starting lineup, with Champagnie being the preferred streaming option since he has a safer fantasy floor. Also, Colby Jones should play rotation minutes after missing Wednesday’s win over the Kings.
