ESPN’s Shams Charania reports the Warriors have signed Kevin Knox for the rest of the season.
Knox, who was previously on a 10-day contract, has appeared in seven games with Golden State and is averaging four points per game. His minuscule role for the Warriors doesn’t significantly impact fantasy basketball.
Warriors signed Kevin Knox II to a 10-day contract.
Knox receives his second 10-day contract from the surging Warriors, who have won four straight games coming out of the All-Star break. The 25-year-old has appeared in four contests for Golden State, averaging just seven minutes per-game off the bench.
The Athletic’s Anthony Slater reports the Warriors signed Kevin Knox II to a second 10-day contract.
While he hasn’t done much statistically since signing with the Warriors, Knox has proven to be a good fit in his limited role. As a result, he’ll get another 10-day contract, and the former lottery pick may stick with the Warriors for the rest of the season after this deal expires.
According to Anthony Slater of the Athletic, the Warriors intend to sign Kevin Knox II to a 10-day contract after the All-Star break.
Knox, the ninth overall pick in the 2018 draft, has not been able to establish himself at the NBA level. However, he’s played well enough with the Warriors G League affiliate this season to earn another opportunity in the Association. Averaging 19.3 points and 7.8 rebounds per game in the G League, Knox was in training camp with the Warriors before being waived.
