Player News
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Warriors have signed Jerome Robinson to a training camp deal.
A first-round pick of the Clippers in 2018, Robinson camped with the Warriors last fall but was cut before the start of the season. Spending last season with the Warriors’ G League affiliate, Robinson appeared in 24 games and averaged 14.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 0.9 steals, and 1.8 3-pointers in 29.2 minutes. While he will get the opportunity to compete for a roster spot, Robinson is highly unlikely to impact fantasy basketball next season.
The Warriors cut Jerome Robinson and Pat Spencer after their preseason loss to the Nuggets on Saturday.
Neither player was going to see the floor often enough to be rostered in fantasy hoops. This won't have an impact in any league, no matter the format.
Jerome Robinson has reportedly signed a training camp deal with the Warriors.
Robinson spent last season with the Warriors G League affiliate in Santa Cruz, but he'll be competing for a spot on the regular season roster at training camp. Even if the former lottery pick makes the team, he'll have a negligible role in the rotation.
The Wizards have reportedly waived Jerome Robinson.
It was only three years ago that Robinson was a lottery selection for the Clippers, but after fizzling out in Los Angeles, he has now continued the trend in D.C. He might be able to find another minimum-level deal elsewhere, but he's safe to ignore in fantasy hoops.
