Diallo, who finished the 2022-23 campaign with the Pistons, has been playing for the Wizards’ G League affiliate this season. In 20 games, he’s averaged 18.8 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game while shooting 52% from the field. Diallo is not worth adding in fantasy leagues.

In the wake of so many Pistons' injuries, Hamidilly had taken on an expanded role as of late, and he'd been turning in some useful performances. With him sidelined, Detroit's roster is even thinner, which could mean some seriously silly minutes or RJ Hampton down the stretch.

Diallo left Monday's game in the fourth quarter and was seen in a walking boot after the game, so his absence Tuesday was all but guaranteed. Before Monday Diallo had scored in double figures in eight straight games. R.J. Hampton should receive an increased workload in Diallo's place.

Diallo was defending when the injury occurred, immediately motioning to the bench for a sub while sitting on the court. Unable to put any weight on his right leg when being helped back to the locker room, Diallo was seen after the game with his foot in a walking boot. He played 27 minutes in Monday's loss, tallying nine points, eight rebounds, three assists, and one steal. Detroit hosts Washington on Tuesday, so fantasy managers should plan for the likelihood that Diallo doesn't play.
