He started 19th in the lineup and completed all laps of the 86 run. He is currently 20th in the driver standings, 13 points behind 21st-placed Denny Hamlin after this event.

He ran a fast lap of 161.708 mph. #18 Kyle Busch (160.936 mph), #8 Tyler Reddick (160.456), #5 Kyle Larson (160.418) and #24 William Byron (160.391) round out the top-five of the 35 cars out on the track. The #15 Ford, driven by JJ Yeley, at 155.409 mph, was the slowest. Wallace also had a 10-lap average speed of 151.681 mph. This was the best of the 31 cars running at least 10 consecutive laps in this final session.

Wallace will pilot the #18 Toyota GR Supra this weekend at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) and will race later this summer at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course. Both races will take place the day before the Cup Series is set to compete at the same tracks and will provide Wallace additional track time at two of the newer courses on the NASCAR schedule. The races mark a return for Wallace, who made his NASCAR national series debut with JGR in 2012.
