2025 Player Outlook

Garcia's 84 runs scored, 37 stolen bases and multi-positional eligibility were his calling cards for the 2024 season. Despite a below average walk rate, he has a great feel for the strike zone and rarely gets caught chasing out of the zone. After the All-Star break, his power completely dissipated, but he remained a threat on the base paths. Yes, the speed is legit, and he figures to steal 30+ bases again in 2025, but he's likely capped at 10 home runs, and without a jump in his walk rate, it's hard project anything higher than a .320 OBP. The multi-positional eligibility is attractive, but he won't give fantasy managers much outside of stolen bases and a .255-.265 average.
