Noel's season was highlighted in the month of August, as he swatted seven home runs and posted a .975 OPS in the month of August. His .683 OPS against RHP pales in comparison to his .969 mark against LHP, and he hit seven home runs (10 total XBH) in 63 plate appearances against southpaws. He'll need a hot spring to earn an everyday role in the outfield, but at the very least, he figures to be in there against LHP because of the aforementioned numbers. Noel must cut back on the strikeouts (31.8% in 2024) and improve against non-fastballs if he doesn't want to be a .210-.220 hitter at the big-league level.
