2025 Player Outlook
Nootbaar was in and out of the lineup a bit in 2024, but he managed to slash .244/.342/.417 with 12 home runs and seven stolen bases across 109 games. He’s poised for an everyday role for the Cardinals in 2025, health willing, and a strong end to the 2024 season gives optimism for 2025. Nootbaar is a better value in leagues that value OBP compared to batting average, but over a full season, he could be a 20/10 guy with an OBP pushing .365-.370. He’s a great value at his current price.
