2025 Player Outlook
Carroll was a valuable fantasy asset last season despite a horrendous first half that saw him post just a 79 wRC+. He finished 2024 with a 107 wRC+ after putting things together in the second half. His .384 wOBA in the second half was even better than his .362 wOBA in his breakout 2023 season. Carroll launched 22 home runs and swiped 35 bags, providing an encouraging fantasy floor even if some of his early season struggles return this season. Projections have him landing somewhere between his down 2024 season and breakout 2023 season, which should make him worthy of a first-round selection.
