Orioles signed RHP Dylan Coleman to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
Coleman was released by the Astros after making just one appearance with the club. Prior to that, he had a modicum of success as a member of the Royals. He’ll have an outside shot of winning a spot in the back of the Baltimore bullpen.

Coleman passed through waivers unclaimed after being designated for assignment earlier this week in a move to free up a 40-man roster spot for top prospect Zach Dezenzo. He’ll presumably be able to latch on somewhere else as organizational relief depth.
