Phillies activated INF/OF Weston Wilson from the 10-day injured list.
Wilson, who had been out since late February with an oblique strain, is back after hitting .158/.304/.237 in 10 minor league games. He’ll get occasional starts against left-handed pitching. In that role last year, he hit a fine .284/.347/.489 over 41 games and 98 plate appearances.
Weston Wilson (oblique) went 2-for-5 with a walk on Tuesday in a minor league rehab game for Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
Wilson kicked off a minor league rehab assignment last week at Low-A Clearwater and will get in a couple games at the Triple-A level before returning to Philadelphia’s bench mix.

Wilson missed all spring with his strained oblique, so the Phillies might want to get him a couple of weeks of at-bats before activating him. He’ll likely get Kody Clemens’ bench spot once he’s deemed ready.
