Giants released RHP Trevor Hildenberger.
Hildenberger was cut loose last week after allowing 12 runs (10 earned) on 10 hits with a 4/9 K/BB ratio across 5 2/3 innings (five appearances, one start) for Triple-A Sacramento. The 32-year-old righty hasn't appeared in the majors since the 2021 season when he made two relief appearances for the Mets.
