Francisco Lindor went 2-for-3 with two homers and four RBI on Monday, powering the Mets to a 5–4 victory over the Phillies.

Lindor launched a leadoff homer for the second straight contest, taking Phillies starter Aaron Nola deep to open Monday’s showdown at Citi Field, before slugging a picturesque three-run shot against reliever José Ruiz in the seventh inning. It was the 20th multi-homer performance of his career. He’s sizzling-hot at the dish right now, homering four times in his last four games, and is up to five round-trippers on the season. That’ll work.

Francisco Lindor hit a leadoff homer on his way to a three-hit game Sunday as the Mets beat the Cardinals 7-4.

Lindor scored three times for the first time this year. Typically, when April stats are added up, they include the few March games commonly played these days. Lindor, though, is hitting .311 with three homers in April alone after going 0-for-11 in the Mets’ first series of the season. He’s at .271 overall.

Francisco Lindor went 1-for-5 with a walk-off, solo home run to defeat the Cardinals 5-4 on Friday.

What a moment for Lindor. This was his first walk-off home as a member of the Mets and the 250th of his career, moving him into sole possession of eight-most all-time by a shortstop. The ball was crushed too, hit 108.8 mph and traveled an estimated 401 feet to the upper deck in right field as Citi Field exploded with excitement. While he’s had his traditional ‘cold’ April to start the season, he still has a .263/.322/.395 slash line with two homers and two steals apiece. Few players in the league are as productive and reliable as he is.

Francisco Lindor announced he will captain Team Puerto Rico in the 2026 World Baseball Classic.

Lindor was part of Team Puerto Rico’s squad back in 2023 that lost to Mexico in the Quarterfinals of the World Baseball Classic shortly after ousting the Dominican Republic in pool play. It doesn’t have any impact for fantasy managers, but it’s a significant honor for the 31-year-old superstar as he’ll continue to represent Puerto Rico on the international stage as one of the faces of baseball.
