White Sox signed INF Wilmer Difo to a minor league contract.
Difo is merely extra organizational depth at this stage of his career after spending all of last year at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in the Yankees’ system. The 32-year-old journeyman has appeared in 492 games in the big leagues dating back to 2015.

It's not the news that everyone has been waiting for regarding which infielders are remaining with the big league club, but it does clear a few more bodies out of camp for the Yankees. The former top prospect will function as depth at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to begin the season.

The 30-year-old will make $1.2 million if he makes the big league roster. Difo spent most of the 2022 season at Triple-A Reno where he slashed .269/.312/.398 with seven homers, 43 RBI and four swipes in 306 plate appearances. He'll add infield depth for the Bombers.
Dodgers signed LHP Bryan Hudson to a minor league contract.
The 25-year-old southpaw was originally a third-round selection by the Cubs from the 2015 draft class. He spent seven seasons toiling in the minors for the Cubs -- most recently registering a 3.66 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 76/27 K/BB ratio over 59 innings between Double-A Tennessee and Triple-A Iowa in 2022. He'll add bullpen depth in the high minors for the Dodgers.
