White hasn't appeared in the majors since the 2019 campaign and is merely organizational filler at this stage of his career. The 32-year-old journeyman is hitting .259/.386/.414 with two homers across 70 plate appearances in 16 games this season at the Triple-A level.

White hasn't appeared in the majors since getting into 83 games between the Dodgers and Astros back in 2019. The 32-year-old veteran first baseman hit .230/.357/.412 with 16 home runs and five steals in 437 plate appearances over 103 games last year at the Triple-A level. He's merely organizational depth at this stage of his career.

A reminder that the only players who can be dealt after the trade deadline are those who didn't spend any time on that team's 40-man roster. White was signed to a minor league contract in December, and hit .230/.357/.431 in his 325 plate appearances with Triple-A Nashville. He provides a potential bench option in the summer months, but isn't likely to make any sort of impact. 

Yet another NRI signing for Milwaukee. White showed a lot of promise in the early part of his MLB career with the Astros and put up a .900 OPS with 13 home runs and 65 RBI over 105 games for the Triple-A affiliate of the Blue Jays in 2021. Maybe he can climb back to the majors in 2022.
