Reds sent RHP Silvino Bracho outright to Triple-A Louisville.
Bracho cleared waivers for the second time in a minor. He has the right to become a free agent, but his best path back to the majors is probably to remain with the Reds.

Bracho tossed two innings and struck out two on Saturday but was removed from the Reds roster to make room for Randy Wynns. Bracho was designated for assignment earlier this year, so there is a strong possibility he will pass through waviers unclaimed again.
Reds purchased the contract RHP Silvino Bracho from Triple-A Louisville.
Bracho gave up three runs in 5 1/3 innings for the Reds last month before being designated for assignment and clearing waivers. He'll rejoin the bullpen as a middle reliever.
