Phillies released LHP Scott Moss.
Moss was removed from the Phillies' 40-man roster back in March and has been released after making just six appearances (five starts) this season in Philadelphia's minor league system. The 27-year-old southpaw has yet to reach the majors.

Moss went unclaimed on waivers and will remain with the Phillies' organization. The 27-year-old southpaw was claimed off waivers from the Guardians back in November and posted a lackluster 7.08 ERA, 1.72 WHIP and 29/15 K/BB ratio across 20 1/3 innings last year at Triple-A Columbus.
