Blue Jays signed INF Richard Urena to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.

Baseball America reports that the Orioles have released Richard Urena. 

Urena cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Norfolk on Sunday, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.
