2024 Player Outlook
2023 Recap: The former first round pick found his footing, even if only by default, in 85 games with the Angels. Moniak hit .280 with an impressive 14 home runs and 45 RBI in conjunction with a .215 ISO. With a 19.7-degree average launch angle, it's clear what Moniak was going after, but he did have a 12.6% barrel rate.
2024 Outlook: While Moniak hit .280, it came with a .245 xBA, and that is likely more reasonable. Considering Moniak benefited from a .397 BABIP last year and struck out 35% of the time, we have to forecast some regression.
