2025 Player Outlook
Ramirez had a career year in 2024, hitting 39 home runs, stealing 41 bases, and slashing .279/.335/.537. He posted his highest fly ball rate since 2018, and he remains one of the best in the game in getting his bat to the ball. Availability is the best ability, and Ramirez has played in 150+ games in four straight seasons, hitting 30+ home runs and stealing at least 20 bases in each of those seasons as well. He's one of the most consistent fantasy options there is, and he a cornerstone piece for any fantasy squad in 2025. Expect another season where Ramirez goes 30/30 and puts up excellent numbers in all five offensive categories.

Fortunately, it sounds like the 32-year-old superstar was able to avoid any significant injury on Friday after getting injured while attempting to evade a throw at first base while hustling out an infield single in the third inning. He may wind up needing a couple of days off, or to serve as the Guardians’ designated hitter for a few games, but it doesn’t sound like he should be looking at a stint on the injured list. Fantasy managers can now exhale.
