The Pirates will reevaluate Johan Oviedo (elbow/lat) in four weeks.

Pirates placed RHP Johan Oviedo on the 60-day injured list.

Johan Oviedo, making his way back from Tommy John, is currently throwing batting practice to hitters but isn’t quite on the same schedule with the rest of Pittsburgh’s starters.

Pirates won their arbitration case against RHP Johan Oviedo and will pay him $850,000.
