Brian Goodwin has signed with the Long Island Ducks of the independent Atlantic League.
Goodwin last appeared in the majors during the 2021 season when he got into 71 games for the White Sox. He played in the independent Mexican League and also in Taiwan's Chinese Professional Baseball League last year.
