He's now free to latch on elsewhere if he has plans on continuing his playing career. The 32-year-old has now been released multiple times this season and slashed just .200/.232/.277 over 69 plate appearances for the Angels. Let's see if there is another desperate team out there who thinks they can use the veteran outfielder's services.
