PGA DFS Example Lineups The Mexico Open at Vidanta: Top DraftKings & FanDuel PGA DFS Picks
Published: Apr 24, 2023
Here are my personal example lineups for this weekend's tournament. You will see lineups for DraftKings and Fanduel. You will also need at least two pivot options in each of the lineups as well. We encourage you to use these lineups and the playbook as a guide for building your own unique lineups for the Mexico Open in Vidanta.
Make sure you read my full PGA DFS Playbook for the Mexico Open in Vidanta before using these example lineups. You can also take a look at my Weekly Tournament Projections at any time.
While we are back to a regular format event for DFS, I’m still going to keep my play tempered because of the field. We are forced to roster players with little to no PGA Tour experience and that’s not what I want to invest much money into. Even if you are able to fit a player like Jon Rahm into a lineup this weekend, it will have you making sacrifices that’ll cause a queasy feeling in the pit of your stomach when you hit the submit button.
When looking at how I’m going to structure my lineups, I’m going to go with a more balanced approach. Besides Jon Rahm, there are not a lot of players to hang your hat on which is why the stars and scrubs don't make much sense. I did find some solid mid-tier options to fill out your lineups. I will be playing more tournaments than cash this weekend as well.
The weather won't be a factor this weekend with typical tropical weather expected and winds should be under control. There does not seem to be any advantage to tee times.
