Red Wings vs. Kings Predictions

No matter the time in the NHL season its always smart to pay attention to teams playing the second leg of back-to-back nights. Hockey is a highly physical sport as we all know, and rest and recovery are paramount! That is something the Red Wings do not have the luxury of tonight as they take on the Kings. Detroit’s problems will be compounded today as they are a poor defensive team overall allowing 3.5 goals per game and it could be worse tonight against a Kings team that is 7th in scoring on home ice in the NHL at 3.67 goals per game. I expect the Kings to get after Detroit in this matchup is a big way so give me them on Puck Line tonight. 

In addition to picking a side I also love the over tonight as Detroit doesn’t play much defense, as stated in the above paragraph and their goaltender Cam Talbot has been playing over his skis for a month now. The Kings are 4-2 towards the over in home games as well so I expect trends to continue tonight and make sure you add some Kings to those DFS lineups as well.
