MVP/CPT
Mattias Janmark, F CHI
Janmark has points in three of his last four, and he is priced in a way that will let you get the other high priced players into your lineup. He is also playing with Patrick Kane, so he has that going for him too.
Cam Atkinson, F CLB
Atkinson is a play that can pay off for you as a captain without having to pay up too far. Atkinson has seen his playing time trend back up, and he has points in three of his last four games. He is also a candidate to hit the shot bonus on DK, which offers you some floor.
Alexandre Texier, F CLB
At some point in time, Texier's shooting percentage will come back down to earth, but for now, he leads the Blue Jackets in points and goals, and you're not really having to pay up for that tonight against an
Mid-Tier
Patrick Kane, F CHI
Kane is easily the most likely player to score tonight. He should be highly owned, and you will have to lean into that tonight, with there not being a lot of great offensive options between these two teams.
Jonas Korpisalo, G CLB
In this young season, Korpisalo has a sterling 0.928 save percentage, and a goals saved above average over 3. If you're going to pay up for a goalie tonight, he is the one to grab.
Pius Suter, F CHI
Suter has quieted down a bit after his hat trick, but if you're looking for exposure to Patrick Kane he isn't a bad option.
Value Tier
Mikhail Grigorenko, F CLB
Grigorenko is a place you can look to get some value. He gets time on the powerplay and is on the second line for the Blue Jackets. The results haven't been there quite yet for him, but he is getting opportunities, and that can pay off at his price.
Carl Soderberg F CHI
Soderberg is still adjusting to life in Chicago, but with their lack of depth he could start to see better deployments, and as a player who is a perennial 20 goal scorer, he is due to get himself on the scoresheet.
Jack Roslovic, F CLB
It's encouraging that Roslovic saw nearly 15 minutes of time in his debut with Columbus last night, and he was on the second powerplay unit. If he continues to get that time and opportunity he will start to get on the score sheet. In a game that could see a high goal total, with Chicago at times struggling to keep the puck out of their net, getting some low-cost options for Columbus could pay off.
