The 2024 NFL offseason is already underway with the NFL combine in the books, trades being reported, players being waived, and rumors of big names potentially swapping teams. We've already seen moves like the Michael Pittman and Tee Higgins franchise tags, big contracts for Mike Evans and Baker Mayfield, the trading of Mac Jones and Jerry Jeudy, as well as the signing of early-release players like Jonnu Smith. And that was all before free agency actually starts!

The NFL “legal tampering period” is OPEN as of today meaning players are free to negotiate with new teams. Contacts can be announced as well, even though they aren't formally finalized until Wednesday. It's rare for players to go back on those announcements but it does happen on occasion (looking at you, J.D. McKissic).

In our 2024 NFL Free Agent Tracker, NFL Analyst Andrew Cooper will be tracking every move and giving you a quick look at the info you need to know!

QBKirk CousinsMINATLAnd the biggest free agent piece has fallen - Kirk Cousins is leaving the Minnesota Vikings for the Atlanta Falcons. Great news in fantasy football for weapons like the Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and Bijan Robinson. The deal has reported at four years, we'll update the compensation as soon as that is clear.
QBRussell WilsonDENPITHere's an interesting loophole. Russ was unlikely to get paid more than the ~$40 million he was owed by the Bronco and offset language in his contract meant that any new team that paid would be paying that money to DEN. Russ couldn't make any more than he is making. So he signed a veteran minimum $1.2 mil deal with PIT and stuck the Broncos with the Bill. He's an immediate upgrade over what they have.
QBBaker MayfieldTBTBBaker Mayfield has agreed to a three year deal worth $115 million dollars. The Bucs are running it back with their key pieces, including their franchise QB.
QBGardner MinshewINDLVMinshew will join the Raiders to compete with Aiden O'Connell for the starting gig. It's reported at two years $25 million with $15 million guaranteed so he'll definitely get first crack here.
QBSam DarnoldSFMINWith Kirk Cousins out, the Vikings will need to find a new quarterback. Sam Darnold has earned himself a chance to compete after a brief stint in SF though the one year deal he has been signed too does not necessarily mean the Vikings won't draft a QB as well.
QBJacoby BrissettWASNEBrissett has experience in Alex Van Pelt's offense so he's a good veteran fit to bring in. That doesn't mean they won't still draft a quarterback but it also gives them the flexibility to draft other players. like Marvin Harrison Jr, for instance.
QBMarcus MariotaPHIWASMarcus Mariota will leave the Eagles to try his hand in Washington. It's a one year deal at $6M with incentives up to $10M. He'll compete with a rookie QB selected a two overall, most likely.
QBDrew LockSEANYGThis is a smart signing by the Giants. Daniel Jones is coming off a knee injury so Lock may start some. Most importantly, it gives you a replacement level QB to
QBMason RudolphPITTENWith Russell Wilson in PIT, Rudolph needed a new home. He'll join Will Levis and the gang in Tennessee on a one year deal.
QBJosh JohnsonBALBALWith Tyler Huntley likely on the move, the Ravens needed to make sure they had a backup QB. The veteran will hang tight on a one year deal.
QBJameis WinstonNOCLEAfter a few years with New Orleans, Winston will sign on with the Cleveland Browns. He'll serve as backup to Deshaun Watson. Looks like Joe Flacco won't be back.
QBMitchell TrubiskyPITBUFTrubisky was granted his release by the Steelers as he was not in the mix to start. He rejoins the Buffalo Bills where he spent a brief stint as backup after his time with the Chicago Bears.
QBJoe FlaccoCLEINDThe Colts saw what Joe Flacco did when Deshuan Watson went down last year and decided that would be nice to have if something happens to starter Anthony Richardson in 2024. It's a one year deal.
QBDesmond RidderATLARI*TRADE* in the rare "player for player" trade, the Cardinals have traded Rondale Moore to the Falcons for Desmond Ridder. Moore will patrol the slot for Kirk Cousins.
QBTyrod TaylorNYGNYJTaylor is staying in New York - but with the other New York team. He'll back up Aaron Rodgers for the Jets on a two year deal.
QBBrandon AllenSFSFBrandon Allen is returning to the 49ers as a veteran backup. That could mean that fellow backup QB Sam Darnold is set on signing elsewhere.
QBKenny PickettPITPHI*TRADE* Well, that puts any QB controversy to bed. It's being reported that Pickett was not supportive of the Wilson move whatsoever. So the Steelers moved him.
QBEaston StickLACLACEven though he's an old regime guy, the new regime is going to keep Stick around to backup Herbert.
QBNathan PetermanCHINOWhen he's gotten then chance on Sundays it's been rough but Peterman must off something in the QB room as he keeps getting gigs. There is a lot more to being a backup QB than just playing when the starter is hurt, after all.
RBJosh JacobsLVGBJacobs signs a big contract with the Packers at four years, $48M. They released Aaron Jones as part of the move so they believe they have an upgrade here. And they are likely right. Jones quickly signed with rival Minnesota Vikings.
RBSaquon BarkleyNYGPHISaquon Barkley has reportedly reached an agreement with the division rival Philadelphia Eagles. The deal is reportedly three years $37,75M with $26M guaranteed. He should be incredibly efficient on the ground with Jalen Hurts and the RPO. The question is what his pass volume will look like as, historically, Nick Sirianni has not called many screens or RB passes in general. But that may change with Saquon in town.
RBD'Andre SwiftPHICHIThe former Lion got a second life in Philly where he rushed for over 1,000 yards. Now he signs with Chicago on what is reported as a three year, $24 million deal to join Shane Waldron's offense. Not great news for the folks stashing Roschon Johnson in their dynasty leagues.
RBTony PollardDALTENThe Titans are moving on from long time running back Derrick Henry and it seems they have moved on fairly quickly. Reports are in that Tony Pollard will sign with the Titans (who were reportedly also interested in D'Andre Swift). Some had hopes that Tyjae Spears could emerge here but looks like he will be splitting at best. The deal is reported at three years, $24 million which is the same as D'Andre Swift.
RBDevin SingletaryHOUNYGAfter letting Saquon Barkley walk in free agency, the Giants find a more affordable replacement in Devin Singletary. The deal is for three years, $16.5 million after Singletary showed success in Houston in 2023, beating out incumbent back Dameon Pierce.
RBDerrick HenryTENBALDerrick Henry lands in Baltimore where he will be a great scheme fit for Lamar Jackson and the RPO. He's never been much of a pass catcher which is fine for Lamar who doesn't dump the ball down much anyway. Though he can handle RB screens which Todd Monken is fond of. The deal is two years $16M with incentives up to $20M.
RBAntonio GibsonWASNEAntonio Gibson is a valuable complementary back as someone who can operate in the pass game and also return kicks. He'll join New England where he can potentially operate in both capacities.
RBDeeJay DallasSEAARIThe deal is three years $8.25M. Dallas can not only be the backup RB but he also returns kicks if needed.
RBZack MossINDCINZack Moss will compete with Chase Brown for the Bengals starting gig on a two year, $8 million dollar deal. The Bengals were supposedly going to cut Mixon but ended up trading him to the Texans instead. Moss looked good last year filling in for Jonathan Taylor in Indy.
RBJoe MixonCINHOU*TRADE* It was reported that he would be released but the Bengals found a trade partner before they needed to do so. Mixon will compete for the starting job in Houston with Dameon Pierce.
RBAustin EkelerLACWASOne of the best receiving backs in the league will join the new look Washington Commanders. He and Brian Robinson should make a good 1-2 punch. The deal is two years, $11.43M.
RBAaron JonesGBMINAfter being released by the Green Bay Packers to save money and make room for Josh Jacobs, he was quickly scooped up by the rival Minnesota Vikings. He'll get one year, $7 mil to be their lead back.
RBGus EdwardsBALLACThe Chargers announced they are signing for Raven Gus Edwards. He'll follow Greg Roman as Roman helps build the new offense under new head coach Jim Harbaugh. It's being reported as a two year deal.
RBJulius ChestnutTENTENThe Titans will retain Julius Chestnut as a depth piece behind Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears.
RBSalvon AhmedMIAMIANot only can he serve as depth at RB but he also contributes on kickoff, kick return, punt, and punt return. He'll be back on a cheap one year deal.
RBNyheim HinesBUFCLEHines suffered an unfortunate accident on a jet ski and missed all of 2023. The pass down back and return man will join the Browns for one year, $3.5M,
RBChase EdmondsTBTBThere have been talks in Tampa Bay about bringing in help for Rachaad White. Edmonds couldn't carve out a meaningful role last year but maybe they use him more this time around.
RBD'Ernest JohnsonJACJACThe veteran RB will be back with the Jags for 2024. For Travis Etienne fans this is good news - the devil you know is better than the one you don't.
RBTy JohnsonBUFBUFTy Johnson will be back in Buffalo for 2024. After Nyheim Hines went down, he stepped in as the backup pass catcher and return man. Hines has left for Cleveland.
WRCalvin RidleyJACTENWoah. Massive deal for Ridley here with four years $92M with $50M guaranteed. The only WR in the league with more guaranteed is Tyreek Hill at $52.5M, He'll immediately slot in as the flanker opposite of DeAndre Hopkins. It's all up to Will Levis now.
WRMichael PittmanINDINDMichael Pittman was franchise tagged at the deadline but that was just a precautionary move to give them time to work out a long term deal. Which they did at three years, $71M with $46M guaranteed. Great for both sides.
WRMike EvansTBTBMike Evans agreed to a two year, $52 million extension to stay in Tampa Bay. The future Hall of Famer is back.
WRTee HigginsCINCINThe Bengals have franchise tagged Tee Higgins but it's not all sunshine and rainbows. There are reports that the star wide receiver wants to be traded if a long-term deal can't be reached.
WRKeenan AllenLACCHI*TRADE* At first glance, a 4th might seem cheap. But we have to remember that Keenan Allen is older and comes with a $23M cap hit ruling out a lot of teams. He's a 10+ year vet so he only brings back a 5th round comp pick max if he walks next year. And the Bears 4th round pick is a fairly high pick of that round. He'll line up opposite DJ Moore in what is now a potent offense.
WRDiontae JohnsonPITCAR*TRADE* Diontae Johnson has been traded from the Steelers to the Panthers. Bryce Young gets a new weapon.
WRDarnell MooneyCHIATLMooney finds a new home in Atlanta where he will play alongside Drake London and Kyle Pitts, taking the top off defenses. He never really looked right coming off ankle surgery last year so hopefully he can bounce back.
WRCurtis SamuelWASBUFCurtis Samuel has agreed to join the Bills at three years, $24M after Gabe Davis left for three years $39M. He is a different player than Davis, primarily playing slot, so it will be interesting to see how he fits into the mix with Stefon Diggs, Dalton Kincaid, Mack Hollins, and Khalil Shakir.
WRDeVante ParkerNEPHISimilar to the situation with Russell Wilson, DeVante Parker has offset language in his contract that means the Patriots are responsible for the bulk of his contract regardless of that happens. So the Eagles will only pay him the veteran minimum $1.2M while the Pats pay $3.49M. Good deal for the Eagles.
WRGabe DavisBUFJACGabe Davis has been signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars to play on the outside. Christian Kirk and Evan Engram patrol the middle of the field so it will be interesting to see if the Jaguars bring Calvin Ridley back or someone else opposite Davis.
WRDevin DuvernayBALJACDuvernay hasn't really popped on offense much but he's been Pro Bowl caliber in the return game making him a valuable real life asset. He signs for two years $8.5M with incentives included in the deal.
WRNoah BrownHOUHOUAfter the most successful season of his career, Noah Brown is sticking with the Texans. He'll compete for slot reps with Robert Woods. It's a one year deal.
WRBrandon PowellMINMINPowell is a solid depth piece of the Vikings and could even ben in the WR3 conversation. The deal is one year, $2M to stay.
WRJalen ReagorNENEReagor is back in New England on a one year, ~$1.3M deal. The first round pick may not have panned out on offense but he's still a valuable return man.
WRJamison CrowderWASWASCrowder returned every single punt for the Commanders in 2023 so he's got value on top of helping in the slot. He's back on a one year deal.
WRMack HollinsATLBUFGabe Davis is out so the Buffalo Bills needed a new field stretcher. Mack Hollins will be in the mix for that role on a one year deal vs. the three year, $39M that Davis got.
WRKendrick BourneNENEBourne re-signed with the New England Patriots on an incentive laden deal that is set at just under $20 million but could be worth over $30 with the incentives. Which is smart for both parties - Bourne was hurt last year so his number were low and most incentives would be considered "not likely to be earned" and not count against the cap.
WRHollywood BrownARIKCWhen you are the Kansas City Chiefs, you get to be the beneficiary of "prove it" deals. Marquise Brown will sign for one year, $7M to show he can stay healthy, play at a high level, and possibly win a ring. Then he'll look at cash in next year like Calvin Ridley did. Even JuJu Smith-Schuster got paid after doing a similar prove it deal with KC.
WRRondale MooreARIATL*TRADE* in the rare "player for player" trade, the Cardinals have traded Rondale Moore to the Falcons for Desmond Ridder. Moore will patrol the slot for Kirk Cousins.
WRIhmir Smith-MarsetteCARCARSmith-Marsette returned every single punt for the Panthers in 2023 - all 37 of them. They'll retain him for those duties in 2024.
WRGunner OlszewskiNYGNYGThe Giants will retain the special teams ace for 2024 on a one year deal.
WRNick Westbrook-IkhineTENTENNWI will be back in Tennessee on a one year deal. After the Calvin Ridley signing, he will battle Treylon Burks for WR3 duties.
WRLil'Jordan HumphreyDENDENSean Payton's buddy from the NO Saints days is staying in Denver for another year. With Jerry Jeudy traded, there is more opportunity available.
WRIsaiah McKenzieINDNYGAfter failing to beat out rookie Josh Downs for slot duties, McKenzie will try his hand in New York. He played for Brian Daboll during is time in Buffalo. Details are not out but I would guess this deal is $1.79M or less to not upset the comp pick formula.
TEDalton SchultzHOUHOUSchultz signed an extension with the Texans at three years, $36 million. He would have been the best free agent tight end on the market if they let him get that far.
TEHunter HenryNENERegarded as the second best free agent tight end after Dalton Schultz, he was extended as well to a three year, $27M deal. He'll stay in New England with the new regime.
TEColby ParkinsonSEALATyler Higbee suffered a late season ACL injury so the Rams needed help at tight end. Colby Parkinson will compete with second year tight end Davis Allen for snaps. The deal is $22.5 million with $15.5 million guaranteed.
TENoah FantSEASEAFant will return to the Seattle Seahawks on a two year, $21 million dollar deal. With Will Dissly and Colby Parkinson gone, he should have the job to himself though they do have three highly capable WRs that need targets as well.
TEWill DisslySEALACDissly has overcome some serious injuries in his career to keep playing which is a feat in itself. Now he'll join the Chargers on a three year, $14M deal to compete with Donald Parham, Stone Smartt, and any rookie they may bring in.
TEIrv SmithCINKCThe oft-injured project tight end will try for a third time with Kansas City. Here he can learn under Travis Kelce. It's a one year deal.
TEGerald EverettLACCHIShane Waldron has deployed multiple tight ends in is offense and Gerald Everett played in that offense in 2021. Looks like he wants to bring that system to Chicago as well. Not great news for Cole Kmet for fantasy football (and probably not Everett either)
TECharlie WoernerSFATLWoerner had spent time as the blocking tight end for San Francisco behind starter Goerge Kittle. It's a solid signing for the Falcons as an in-line tight end with Kyle Pitts primarily lining up at wide receiver.
TEJonnu SmithATLMIAThis is a smart move for Miami - because Jonnu Smith was technically released, that means signing him does not count against the compensatory pick formula. The Dolphins are expected to lose some high end free agents like Christian Wilkins so they don't want to upset that. Jonnu Smith will compete to be the "two way" tight in the offense Mike McDaniel brought over from SF. The dal is two years, $8.4M.
TEHarrison BryantCLELVHarrison Bryant is a rock solid blocking tight end. He'll serve in that capacity with the Raiders alongside Michael Mayer. It's a one year deal for $3.25M.
TEMike GesickiNECINThe Bengals liked what they got from Tanner Hudson as a slot tight end last year. Mike Gesicki should hopefully be an upgraded version of that for them. With Tyler Boyd expected to sign elsewhere, there could be more targets for the tight end than in years past.
TEPharaoh BrownNESEAThe Seahawks lost both Will Dissly and Colby Parkinson here so they needed depth at TE behind Noah Fant. Brown is a veteran and is signing for one year, $3.2M.
TEAdam TrautmanDENDENThe inline tight end came over with Sean Payton as a former Saint and he'll have around on a two year deal. He's a great blocker but they will need someone to pick up the slack on the passing side. Hopefully Greg Dulcich is healthy.
TEAustin HooperNENEAustin Hooper spent time with the Browns under Alex Van Pelt so he knows the scheme. He'll serve as the tight end in jumbo sets opposite Hunter Henry.
TEChris ManhertzDENNYGThe blocking tight end is on the move, joining the New York Giants. Still waiting on the details there.
TETyler DavisGBGBGreen Bay hit on two solid rookie with Luke Musgrave and Tucker Kraft but you still need depth. Davis will be back to help on special teams for one year, just over one million dollars.
TEGiovanni RicciCARCLEThe hybrid fullback/tight end will leave Carolina and join Cleveland. He contributes on special teams primarily.
TEDrew SampleCINCINBlocking tight end Drew Sample will return to Cincinnati. He's not the flashiest for fantasy football but he does a great job in jumbo formations.
OTJonah WilliamsCINARIThe former first round pick struggled with injuries in Cincy and didn't live up to expectations. He'll get a fresh start in ARI at two years, $30M>
OTDion DawkinsBUFBUFThe Bills managed to keep their three time Pro Bowl left tackle Dion Dawkins. Adam Schefter reported the deal at three years, $60.5 million which makes him a top five paid tackle in the league. He absolutely would have gotten paid this or more on the open market so a smart move to lock him in.
OTBlake BrandelMINMINBrandel is a good depth piece for the Vikings - he'll stick around on a three year deal at $9.5M.
OTGeorge FantHOUSEASeattle was the team that drafted Fant as a tight end originally before he converted to tackle. He'll return to Seattle on a two year deal.
OLRobert HuntMIACARThe Dolphins are looking like they will collect a lot of compensatory picks in 2025. Hunt signs a big contract at five years $100M to start for the Panthers.
OGDamien LewisSEACARThe Panthers have made some big moves on the offensive line with two new guards. First Robert Hunt and now a big four year $53M deal for Damien Lewis.
OLMike OnwenuNENEOnwenu was expected to be a big name in free agency but the Patriots convinced the versatile lineman to return. The deal is three years $57M so a big payday.
OLElijah WilkinsonARIARIWilkinson was a starter for the Cardinals last year but battled injuries throughout the season. The details of the contract have yet to be announced but expect him to be a starter again in 2024.
OGJon RunyanGBNYGFormer Packers guide Jon Runyan has reached agreement on a three year deal with the New York Giants for $30 million, including $17 million guaranteed. He'll start for the New York Giants on a line that needed bolstering.
OGNick AllegrettiKCWASWashington continues their aggressive offseason with the acquisition of swing lineman Nick Allegretti from the Chiefs. He wasn't needed until the final two games against Baltimore and San Francisco where he played well. The deal is three years, $16M.
OGJonah JacksonDETLAThe Lions retained one guard but lost another - Jonah Jackson will sign with the Los Angeles Rams. The deal is reportedly three years, $51 million with $34 million guaranteed.
OGNick LeverettTBNEPatriots left guard Cole Strange suffered a serious injury last in the season and is expected to miss the start of 2024 at least. So Nick Leverett is going to get an opportunity to play one way or the other. We'll update the compensation details when we have them.
OGSaahdiq CharlesWASTENThis is a solid depth signing for the Titans, who are bolstering the offensive line. He also played alongside new center Lloyd Cushenberry at LSU. It's a one year, $2.5M deal.
OGJohn SimpsonBALNYJThe former Raven will sign with New York on a two year deal. He had some costly penalties in the playoffs for the Ravens which may have led them to part ways.
OLChukwuma OkoraforPITNEThe Patriots are expected to lose multiple offensive linemen this offseason so are loading up. Okorafor could start at right tackle or end up as the swing tackle. The deal is reported 1 year $4 million.
OGKevin DotsonLALADotson re-signed with the Rams at three years, $48 million before free agency started.
OLAaron BrewerTENMIAThe Dolphins have their center here on a three year $21 million dollar deal. It was a piece of need but they have to be careful signing free agents because they don't want to cancel out some of the comp picks they are set to receive.
OLEzra ClevelandJACJACThe Jags are wasting no time signing their own guys as well as bringing new faces in. Cleveland will be back for three years, $28.5 million.
OGGraham GlasgowDETDETGlasgow is back with the Lions at three years, $20 million. They sure up an already great offensive line.
CColeman SheltonLACHIShelton joins the Bears on a one year deal to compete at center. He played under Shane Waldron with the Rams previously so he knows the assignments.
CTyler BiadaszDALWASWashington poaches another free agent from Dallas. They'll get their center on a three year deal. He follows Dan Quinn to WAS.
CLloyd CushenberryDENTENThe Titans get a nice upgrade at center here with Cushenberry who graded out highly per Pro Football Focus - especially in pass protection.
CAndre JamesLVLVJames re-signed with the Raiders for three years, $24 million. They've got their center locked up.
DBDarious WilliamsJACLAThe former Jaguar CB will sign a three year deal with the Rams. He played with them prior to his JAC stint and won a Super Bowl there. The deal is reportedly $22.5M.
DBL'Jarius SneedKCKCKC is doing their best to bring back their own key pieces. They franchise tagged the corner at $19.8M to keep him for 2024.
DBJaylon JohnsonCHICHIJohnson is back with the Bears on a four year, $76M deal. He's their top corner and a key piece of that secondary.
DBRonald DarbyBALJACThis will be the sixth NFL team for the corner, as he joins the Jaguars on a two year, $8.5M deal.
DBChidobe AwuzieCINTENAwuzie will reportedly sign with Tennessee when the new year begins. Still waiting on compensation but it's been reported as a three year contract.
DBKenny MooreINDINDThey Colts were able to convince Moore to stay - he's been a full time outside corner for them. The deal is reported at three years, $30 million.
DBMiles KillebrewPITPITKillebrew is an ace special-teamer which makes him well worth the two years, $6.5M. They will be happy to have the Pro Bowler back. He is a punt blocking machine.
DBAmik RobertsonLVDETRobertson was forced into a starting role for the Raiders last year where he performed admirably. He's earned himself two years, $9.25M from the Lions.
DBSean Murphy-BuntingTENARISMB bet on himself with the Titans last year and it paid off. Jonathan Gannon and crew will bring him in at three years $25.5M.
DBKendall FullerWASMIAMiami has holes to fill on defense. Big time. Kendall Fuller will join on a two year, $16.5M deal to help with that.
DBKeisean NixonGBGBNixon will stay in Green Bay on three year, $18M deal. He primarily patrols the slot which is becoming increasingly important in the modern NFL.
DBJeff OkudahATLHOUOkudah was traded from the Lions to the Falcons last year but didn't catch on. He'll join Demeco Ryans in Houston on one year $4.75M and hope for a resurgence.
DBLonnie JohnsonNOHOUA familiar face in Houston - Lonnie Johnson Jr. returns after spending a year in New Orleans. The second round safety is back for a second stint.
DBJeremy ChinnCARWASJeremy Chinn will sign a one year, $5.1M deal with the Commanders. The former Defensive Rookie of the Year runner up can play both corner and safety if need be.
DBEmmanuel MoseleyDETDETThe former 49er will be back with the Lions on a cheap one year, $1.125M dollar deal to serve as depth.
DBIsaiah OliverSFNYJThe Jets have one of the best secondaries in the league so Oliver is expected to join as depth to that unit.
SXavier McKinneyNYGGBOne of the best safeties in free agency will help bolster the Packers defense - especially in covering the tight end. It's a big deal at four years, $68M.
SAntoine WinfieldTBTBThe safety has been franchise-tagged by the Bucs at one year, $17.12M. They are attempting to keep the band together after making the playoffs in 2023 and Winfield was a big part of that.
SKyle DuggerNENEThe strong safety role that Kyle Dugger plays is key to what New England does. They franchise tagged him at $13.81M while they attempt to work out a long term deal.
SJordan PoyerBUFMIAFormer Bills safety Jordan Poyer will sign a one year deal to join the Miami Dolphins. Since he was released by the Bills,
SAlohi GilmanLACLACGilman will return to the Chargers and operate opposite Derwin James. Its two years, $11M.
SVonn BellCARCINBig win for the Bengals here. Due to offset language in his deal (much like Russell Wilson) the Bengals can pay Bell the veteran minimum while the Panthers pick up much of the $6M tab. And the Bengals get a 6th round comp pick from when he was signed away last year. Not a bad deal at all.
SDarnell SavageJACJACThe Jaguars have been one of the most active teams early on and they keep that going, signing Packers safety Darnell Savage to a three year deal.
SC.J. Gardner-JohnsonDETPHIAfter signing with Detroit and missing virtually the entire year, CJGJ will sign back in Philly on a three year deal.
SRayshawn JenkinsJACSEAThe veteran safety will play his 8th season in Seattle this year on a two year, $12 million deal. He should make a good scheme fit at strong safety.
SGeno StoneBALCINThe Bengals needed safety help after losing both starters in 2023 free agency. He'll sign for two years, $15M.
STaylor RappBUFBUFBuffalo had to cut a lot of important players but they are keeping Rapp. The versatile hybrid safety is back on a three year $10.625M dollar deal.
SKevin ByardPHICHIThe Eagles traded for Kevin Byard last season but was released to save $13 million in cap space. The Bears signed him to a deal for two years $15M.
SBrandon JonesMIADENMIA loses another player in free agency here with safety Brandon Jones. He'll sign with the Dolphins for thee years, $20 million. The Dolphins released Pro Bowl safety Justin Simmons just prior to the start of free agency.
DLTyquan LewisINDINDTyquan Lewis is staying put - it was reported today that he'll re-sign with the Colts on Wednesday.
DEDorance ArmstrongDALWASThe pass-rusher will reportedly be leaving the Cowboys for the division rivals in Washington. He's had 7.5 and 8.5 sacks over the last two years in a league where getting to the QB is crucial.
DEChris JonesKCKCChris Jones returns to the Chiefs on a massive five year, $158 million dollar deal. He's the best player on their defense and he stays exactly where he wanted to be.
DLLeonard WilliamsSEASEAThe big defensive lineman has found a home in Seattle and they want to keep him there. Three years, $64.5M is what is being reported for a key part of the defense.
DLDaQuan JonesBUFBUFHe missed a good chunk of last year and is generally a rotational player anyway but he's a nice piece of the mix. He'll return to Buffalo on a two year deal.
DLChristian WilkinsMIALVMonster deal here - four years, $110 million. The Raiders get a difference maker and great locker room guy to join their defensive front. The Dolphins should receive a 2025 compensatory pick back, assuming they don't sign any major free agents to offset the formula.
DLNnamdi MadubuikeBALBALMadubuike remains with the Ravens on a four year deal just shy of $100 million. We can expect the Dolphins free agent Christian Wilkins to get something similar as they are both great players in their prime.
DLJavon KinlawSFNYJThe pipeline of 49ers players to former 49er coaches continues. Javon Kinlaw joins Robert Saleh and the Jets on a one year deal.
DLGreg GainesTBTBTampa Bay continues their quest to keep the band together, bringing back Gaines on a one year, $3.5M deal.
DLGrover StewartINDINDStewart will be back with the Colts in 2024 to man the middle of the defense. The deal is for three years, $39 million.
DLDenico AutryTENHOUThe veteran will move over within the division from the Titans to the Texans. He gets two years, $10 million and will likely be a rotational part of that defensive line.
DLLeonard FloydBUFSFSan Francisco gets even stronger on the defensive front with the addition of Floyd on a two year, $20M deal. You can spend a lot on defense when your QB makes $1M a year.
DLJustin JonesCHIARIThe interior defensive lineman is a good scheme fit for Jonathan Gannon's 3-4 as he can hold his spot while also generating pressure on pass plays. He gets three years, $30.1M.
DLRaekwon DavisMIAINDAnother Miami defender on the move. The nose tackle will join the Colts on a two year, $14M deal.
DLNeville GallimoreDALMIAThis is another smart signing for the Dolphins. Why? At one year $1.79M, that's the exact highest they can give him without canceling out the comp pick they are set to receive for Brandon Jones. He will help to fill the whole left by Raekwon Jones.
DLBrandon GrahamPHIPHIThe loyal Eagle is going to run it back one more time in pursuit of a championship. It's a one year deal.
DLZa'Darius SmithCLECLESmith has spend time with BLT, GB, MIN, and CLE but he won't be changing teams a fifth time as he'll stay with the Browns. It's two years, $23.5M.
DLArik ArmsteadSFJACArik Armstead was released by the 49ers making him free to sign with any team. And the Jaguars paid a hefty sum at three years, $51M to add him to their front seven.
DLA'Shawn RobinsonNYGCARAfter spending a year with the Giants, Robinson comes over as a big interior defensive piece for the Panthers. The primary run stuffer gets three years, $22.5M.
DLBilal NicholsLVARIArizona brings the interior defender over on a three year deal. He's more of a run stopper/contain player but he did have five sacks in 2020 with the Chicago Bears.
DLMaurice HurstCLECLEBig Mo Hurst will be back in Cleveland for 2024. It's a one year deal and we are waiting on what the compensation is.
DLA.J. EpenesaBUFBUFEpenesa has 6.5 sacks in each of his last two seasons as a rotational pass rusher. Two years $12 million is a fair price for what he brings.
DLBryce HuffNYJPHIThe former Jet defensive end will sign a three year, $51.1 million deal with the Eagles. Per Adam Schefter, this deal makes Huff the highest paid non-QB undrafted free agent in NFL history. A great story and it helps the Eagles after losing some depth along the defensive front with guys like Fletcher Cox.
DLJonathan GreenardHOUMINHere's a big one - four years, $76 million dollars for the pass-rusher to sign with the Minnesota Vikings. He was disruptive in 2023 with 12.5 sacks in 15 games. Health has been his only concern as he's yet to play a full season.

QB
Kirk Cousins
MIN
ATL
And the biggest free agent piece has fallen - Kirk Cousins is leaving the Minnesota Vikings for the Atlanta Falcons. Great news in fantasy football for weapons like the Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and Bijan Robinson. The deal has reported at four years, we'll update the compensation as soon as that is clear.
QB
Russell Wilson
DEN
PIT
Here's an interesting loophole.

Baker Mayfield has agreed to a three year deal worth $115 million dollars. The Bucs are running it back with their key pieces, including their franchise QB.

QB
Sam Darnold
SF
MIN
With Kirk Cousins out, the Vikings will need to find a new quarterback. Sam Darnold has earned himself a chance to compete after a brief stint in SF though the one year deal he has been signed too does not necessarily mean the Vikings won't draft a QB as well.
QB
Jacoby Brissett
WAS
NE
Brissett has experience in Alex Van Pelt's offense so he's a good veteran fit to bring in. That doesn't mean they won't still draft a quarterback but it also gives them the flexibility to draft other players. like Marvin Harrison Jr, for instance.
QB
Marcus Mariota
PHI

Brandon Allen is returning to the 49ers as a veteran backup. That could mean that fellow backup QB Sam Darnold is set on signing elsewhere.
QB
Kenny Pickett

RB
Josh Jacobs
LV
GB
Jacobs signs a big contract with the Packers at four years, $48M. They released Aaron Jones as part of the move so they believe they have an upgrade here. And they are likely right. Jones quickly signed with rival Minnesota Vikings.
RB
Saquon Barkley
NYG
PHI
Saquon Barkley has reportedly reached an agreement with the division rival Philadelphia Eagles.
RB
D'Andre Swift
PHI
CHI
The former Lion got a second life in Philly where he rushed for over 1,000 yards. Now he signs with Chicago on what is reported as a three year, $24 million deal to join Shane Waldron's offense. Not great news for the folks stashing Roschon Johnson in their dynasty leagues.
RB
Tony Pollard
DAL
TEN
The Titans are moving on from long time running back Derrick Henry and it seems they have moved on fairly quickly.
RB
Devin Singletary
HOU
NYG
After letting Saquon Barkley walk in free agency, the Giants find a more affordable replacement in Devin Singletary. The deal is for three years, $16.5 million after Singletary showed success in Houston in 2023, beating out incumbent back Dameon Pierce.
RB
Derrick Henry
TEN
BAL
Derrick Henry lands in Baltimore where he will be a great scheme fit for Lamar Jackson and the RPO. He's never been much of a pass catcher which is fine for Lamar who doesn't dump the ball down much anyway. Though he can handle RB screens which Todd Monken is fond of. The deal is two years $16M with incentives up to $20M.

WR
Calvin Ridley

Woah. Massive deal for Ridley here with four years $92M with $50M guaranteed. The only WR in the league with more guaranteed is Tyreek Hill at $52.5M, He'll immediately slot in as the flanker opposite of DeAndre Hopkins. It's all up to Will Levis now.
WR
Michael Pittman
IND

Michael Pittman was franchise tagged at the deadline but that was just a precautionary move to give them time to work out a long term deal. Which they did at three years, $71M with $46M guaranteed. Great for both sides.
WR

Mike Evans agreed to a two year, $52 million extension to stay in Tampa Bay. The future Hall of Famer is back.
WR

CIN
CIN
The Bengals have franchise tagged Tee Higgins but it's not all sunshine and rainbows. There are reports that the star wide receiver wants to be traded if a long-term deal can't be reached.
WR
Keenan Allen
LAC
CHI
*TRADE* At first glance, a 4th might seem cheap.
WR
Diontae Johnson
PIT
CAR
*TRADE* Diontae Johnson has been traded from the Steelers to the Panthers. Bryce Young gets a new weapon.
WR
Darnell Mooney
CHI
ATL
Mooney finds a new home in Atlanta where he will play alongside Drake London and Kyle Pitts, taking the top off defenses. He never really looked right coming off ankle surgery last year so hopefully he can bounce back.
WR
Curtis Samuel
WAS
BUF
Curtis Samuel has agreed to join the Bills at three years, $24M after Gabe Davis left for three years $39M. He is a different player than Davis, primarily playing slot, so it will be interesting to see how he fits into the mix with Stefon Diggs, Dalton Kincaid, Mack Hollins, and Khalil Shakir.
WR
DeVante Parker
NE
PHI
Similar to the situation with Russell Wilson, DeVante Parker has offset language in his contract that means the Patriots are responsible for the bulk of his contract regardless of that happens. So the Eagles will only pay him the veteran minimum $1.2M while the Pats pay $3.49M. Good deal for the Eagles.
WR
Gabe Davis
BUF
JAC
Gabe Davis has been signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars to play on the outside. Christian Kirk and Evan Engram patrol the middle of the field so it will be interesting to see if the Jaguars bring Calvin Ridley back or someone else opposite Davis.
WR

WR
Jalen Reagor
NE

Reagor is back in New England on a one year, ~$1.3M deal. The first round pick may not have panned out on offense but he's still a valuable return man.
WR
Jamison Crowder
WAS
WAS
Crowder returned every single punt for the Commanders in 2023 so he's got value on top of helping in the slot. He's back on a one year deal.
WR
Mack Hollins
ATL
BUF
Gabe Davis is out so the Buffalo Bills needed a new field stretcher. Mack Hollins will be in the mix for that role on a one year deal vs. the three year, $39M that Davis got.
WR
Kendrick Bourne
NE
NE
Bourne re-signed with the New England Patriots on an incentive laden deal that is set at just under $20 million but could be worth over $30 with the incentives. Which is smart for both parties - Bourne was hurt last year so his number were low and most incentives would be considered "not likely to be earned" and not count against the cap.
WR
Hollywood Brown
ARI
KC
When you are the Kansas City Chiefs, you get to be the beneficiary of "prove it" deals. Marquise Brown will sign for one year, $7M to show he can stay healthy, play at a high level, and possibly win a ring. Then he'll look at cash in next year like Calvin Ridley did. Even JuJu Smith-Schuster got paid after doing a similar prove it deal with KC.

TE
Charlie Woerner

Woerner had spent time as the blocking tight end for San Francisco behind starter Goerge Kittle. It's a solid signing for the Falcons as an in-line tight end with Kyle Pitts primarily lining up at wide receiver.
TE
Jonnu Smith
ATL
MIA
This is a smart move for Miami - because Jonnu Smith was technically released, that means signing him does not count against the compensatory pick formula. The Dolphins are expected to lose some high end free agents like Christian Wilkins so they don't want to upset that. Jonnu Smith will compete to be the "two way" tight in the offense Mike McDaniel brought over from SF. The dal is two years, $8.4M.
