The 2023 NFL offseason is already underway with trades being reported, players being waived and rumors of big names potentially swapping teams. The NFL “legal tampering period” is now OPEN meaning free agents are free to negotiate with new teams (contracts technically can't be finalized until Wednesday the 16th but that's more of a technicality).  In our 2023 NFL Free Agent Tracker, NFL Analyst Andrew Cooper will be tracking every move and giving you a quick look at the info you need to know!

WRJakobi MeyersNELVHe rejoins Josh McDaniels and Jimmy Garoppolo in Las Vegas. Three years $33 million with $21 million guaranteed isn’t as high as we expected but it does make the former undrafted free agent a rich man.
RBRaheem MostertMIAMIAThe Dolphins are a premier landing spot for running back this off-season considering no one is under contract. They’ll need to add someone besides the 30 year old back but bringing him back at 2 years, $5.6M, with $2.2M guaranteed is a good start.
DBDonovan WilsonDALDALThe Cowboys bring back Donovan Wilson who racked up over 100 tackles in 2022. The deal is 3 years, $24 mil with $13.5 mil GTD.
KMatt GayLAINDMatt Gay finds a new team. In the process he set some milestones. His four year $22.5 million is the highest given to a free agent kicker. It's also the third highest among all kickers behind only Justin Tucker and Younghoe Koo.

LBLuke GiffordDALTENWith the Cowboys, Gifford played on five different special teams units. Titans special teams coach Craig Aukerman should find plenty of use for him. Twi years, $4 million, $1 mil guaranteed.
RBKeith SmithATLATLThe Falcons bring their fullback back at one year, $2.35 mil with $625K guaranteed. With Keith Smith, Jonnu Smith, Kyle Pitts, and Drake London, they have some big boys to run behind over there.
WRAllen LazardGBNYJThe Jets have added Nathaniel Hackett and now added former Packer Allen Lazard. New York is starting to look at lot more comfortable for their trade target Aaron Rodgers. The deal is four years, $44 million, with $22 million in guaranteed money.
TEDarren WallerLVNYGDarren Waller was traded to the NYG for a 3rd round pick and he goes from potentially being the 4th target in LV to the top target in NYG. Good news for his value in fantasy, bad for Daniel Bellinger.
RBRashaad PennySEAPHIRashaad Penny has never had a double digit reception season but that's fine because the mobile Jalen Hurts was dead last in targetting the RB anyway. A good fit for what they do. The contract is only one year $1.35 mil with $600K guaranteed.
LBKyzir WhitePHIARIThe Eagles lose yet another part of their defense. He's a bit of a hybrid LB/S and he's a monster in coverage. Two years, $11 million.

DBAndrew WingardJACJACServiceable safety Andrew Wingard will return to Duval County on a 3 year deal at $9.6 million with $6 million guaranteed.
RBJeff WilsonMIAMIABoth Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson followed Mike McDaniel over from SF and now they’ve both been extended. Two years $8.2 million for Wilson
OLNate HerbigNYJPITNasty Nate Herbig will hop in as guard in front of Kenny Pickett. Two years, $8 million.

DBEmmanuel MoseleySFDETEmmanuel Mosley primarily plays out wide so that’s where I expect him to lineup for the Lions. It’s a one year contract at $6 million.
RBBoston ScottPHIPHIThe Eagles backfield is taking shape. Rashaad Penny the starter. Kenneth Gainwell helping on pass downs, Boston Scott helping on run downs. One year, $2 million.
RBDavid MontgomeryCHIDETThis one is a bit of a curveball for fantasy gamers. Jamaal Williams staying doesn’t sound so bad compared to this. Three years, $18 million, with $11 million guaranteed.
OTKaleb McGaryATLATLThe Falcons are having a strong off-season - they bring their tackle back on a three year deal at $34.5 million.
DLSamson EbukamSFINDThe deal is for three years, $24 million with $8 million guaranteed. He's a rock solid 4-3

LSTaybor PepperSFSFThe 49ers lock up their long snapper on a three year deal with $1.5 million guaranteed.

DBJuan ThornhillKCCLEThornhill went from backing up Tyrann Mathieu to starting for the Chiefs to getting paid by the Browns. It's a three year deal worth $21 million with $14 million GTD.
WRJuJu Smith-SchusterKCNEJakobi Meyers left on a three year, $33 million dollar deal. The Patriots needed a slot WR and opted for Juju on a three year $33 million dollar deal. That prompted Jakobi Meyers to Tweet that it's a "cold world". But clearly New England thinks Juju offers something different than what Meyers does.
RBJamaal WilliamsDETNOThe fan favorite finds a new home in New Orleans after the Lions spent up on David Montgomery. And he should have plenty of work with Alvin Kamara facing a suspension. The deals is three years, $12 million with $8 million GTD.
DLFletcher CoxPHIPHIThe Eagles have lost some pieces but they've convinced some loyal veterans to return. Cox is back for one years, $10 mil.

OTOrlando BrownKCCINBrown was traded from the Ravens because he wanted to play left tackle but they had Ronnie Staley. It was reported his deal took awhile because he wanted a spot to play LT and some view him as a RT. Well, he found it in CIN at four years, $64.1 million with a $31M signing bonus.

QBGardner MinshewPHIINDMinshew has a new home - in Indianapolis. There is a chance the Colts draft a QB at four overall but, if a someone trades up with the Cardinals, that might not be the case. I think I speed for a lot of NFL fans when I say it's fun when Minshew plays.
WRParris CampbellINDNYGThe Giants have Wan'Dale Robinson and brought back Sterling Shepard so, with the addition of Campbell, they certainly aren't hurting for slot WRs. It's a one year $4.7 million dollar deal.
QBBaker MayfieldLATBThe former first overall pick will compete with Kyle Trask for the starting job though the assumption is it's Mayfield's job for the taking. It's only a one year deal for $4 million so it's a "prove it" deal of the highest order.
QBP.J. WalkerCARCHIThis is a smart move by Chicago - bring in a guy with a similar game to your mobile starter. The deal is two years, $5 million.
DBDarius SlayNYGNYGThe Giants made their big move in trading for Darren Waller so they are probably unlikely to make a big splash. Filling the depth out with familiar faces is smart.

LSJoe CardonaNENEA lot of long snappers are returning to their original team here - no different for Cardona. Four years, $6.3 million with $2.6 million guaranteed.
DBTremon SmithHOUDENLast year Smith was primarily a special teams guy but he started three full games on the outside last year and did a serviceable job. The deal is $5.5 million over two years to serve as depth and return kicks.
QBMarcus MariotaATLPHIMariota will clearly be the backup for Philly but not a bad spot for him. Two years, $5 million.
