Without further adieu, let’s dive in!
Stock up
Breshad Perriman , WR TB – This one was obvious. In the first game without Mike Evans , Perriman went absolutely bananas against the Lions, hauling in five receptions for 113 yards and three touchdowns on six targets. He moved into the number two role, as expected, but far exceeded production expectations. Chris Godwin also left this game injured, and if he is forced to miss time Perriman will see a very hefty target share moving forward. This was his by far his best game of the season, but he also came into this game on a bit of a roll, with 13.7 and 16.0 fantasy points in his two prior games, respectively. He has at least five targets in three straight games, and Winston is clearly throwing the football his way. He will have a nice floor for the remainder of the season, because we know Winston is going to sling the rock around a ton, regardless of the score or how he is playing.
A.J. Brown, WR TEN – Another very obvious choice for this section. This rookie wide out was a bit of a boom-or-bust player early on, but he’s really starting to put it together consistently. He scored 25.4 fantasy points this week, his third game with at least 23.5 points in his last four games. The one dud in there was a 7.5 point effort, which is at least not a lineup killer. He has three 100-plus yard games in that span and just racked up a career high 13(!) targets against Houston. Tennessee isn’t a pass heavy team, but it’s clear that this is their go-to guy when they do pass. It will be tough to bench him in Week 16, despite a semi-tough matchup with the Saints. This rookie is a star in the making and his dynasty value is sky-high right now, as it should be.
Greg Ward , WR PHI – Ward has risen from the practice squad to being the Eagles best wide receiver. In fact, he was the only wide receiver to catch a pass for the Eagles on Sunday (how crazy is that?). He hauled in 7-of-9 targets for 61 yards and the game-winning touchdown, good for 19.1 fantasy points. Wentz really found a rhythm with Ward on the final drive, as the two connected four times for 40 yards including that game-winner. He now has seven, three, nine, and nine targets over the last four games and can be viewed as the Eagles number one wide out for the remainder of the season. It would be a bit risky to start him in seasonal leagues, but he will be an interesting DFS target in Weeks 16 and 17 as the Eagles play the Cowboys and Giants to close out the year.
Stock down
Randall Cobb , WR DAL – Cobb had a nice, fun little stretch in Weeks 10-12, but that seems like a distant memory now and he is completely useless for fantasy. He finished this week with one catch for negative three yards on two targets, good for a whopping 0.7 fantasy points. It was his third straight game fewer than 10 fantasy points and he hasn’t topped five targets since Week 12. He is behind Zeke, Cooper, Gallup, Witten, and even Pollard for touches in this offense and really isn’t that far ahead of Tavon Austin . Yes, Dallas has a solid offense but it’s hard to be much of a factor when you are behind so many players. He shouldn’t even be owned at this point, and he is nothing more than a deep dart throw in DFS.
Phillip Lindsay , RB DEN – It was a snow day in Kansas City, Denver has a rookie quarterback, and the Chiefs are weak against the run… you would think that would mean nice volume for Lindsay right? Nope. He was given a season low seven carries which he turned into 32 yards and he failed to catch either of his two targets. How on earth in that situation do you give you lead back just seven carries and two targets?! He totaled 3.2 fantasy points, his fourth game with fewer than 10 points in the last four games and his best game in that span was just 13.5 points. You really can’t even start him at this point, which is a tough pill to swallow considering he has a matchup with the Lions on tap this week. He may be worth a look in DFS, but you can’t trust your championship matchup on him. It’s insane that a guy as dynamic as Lindsay is gets so little usage. It makes zero sense.
Hunter Henry , TE LAC – Henry was a beast when he made his return off IR, rattling off strong games in five of six outings. His lowest fantasy total in that span was 8.7, but then the Chargers bye week happened and he has been trash ever since. In three games since the bye week, Henry’s best game was 11.9 fantasy points (Week 14) and in the other two games he failed to top 3.0 points. He only has nine total targets over the last three games and hasn’t had more than three receptions in any of them. It’s hard to do much with such a low target share though. It is really difficult to trust him in Week 16 with what we have seen recently and if you have a different option it may be best to go that direction. Henry is a talented guy, but Rivers is playing like crap and Henry isn’t a focal point.

CBS Sports’ Aditi Kinkhabwala says free agent QB Aaron Rodgers “is not going to play just for the sake of playing.”
Kinkhabwala has had conversations with Rodgers and executives around the league trying to sign him. Based on those conversations, she says, “it’s extremely clear Rodgers is not going to play just for the sake of playing.” He remains unsigned with the 2025 NFL Draft on the horizon and multiple teams needing quarterback help. The Steelers are the most likely fit, but it seems Rodgers won’t force it if he does not find a good fit. This explains why Rodgers has been interested in the Vikings and has not yet signed. The 41-year-old may be headed for retirement if a situation he prefers, like the Vikings, does not want him back. His options remain limited and Rodgers may call it a career if he still does not like his options later in the offseason.
Bears signed LB T.J. Edwards to a two-year, $20 million extension.
Edwards’ extension includes $16.6 million guaranteed. The Bears originally signed him to a three-year, $19.5 million contract two seasons ago and he has outplayed that salary. Edwards has four interceptions, 6.5 sacks, and 20 tackles for loss in two seasons starting for Chicago in the middle of the field. He gets a raise as the Bears lock up another important part of their defense after extending CB Kyler Gordon earlier in the week.
Georgia EDGE Mykel Williams visited the Falcons on Wednesday.
Williams posted on his Instagram that he visited the Falcons facility on what was the last day of pre-draft visits. The 20-year-old is a Georgia native, played at the University of Georgia, and is expected to be selected in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. The Falcons have a need for an edge rusher and hold the No. 15 pick. They may look to keep Williams in-state and add his skillset to their pass-rushing group. Williams tallied five sacks last season and has explosive production for any team looking to add an edge rusher in the first round.
Fox Sports’ Jordan Schultz reports Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart “won’t fall out of the first round.”
Schultz reports his sources are indicating that Dart will not fall out of the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. He continues that the Giants are a candidate to trade up from pick No. 34 into the first round to take Dart if they do not take a quarterback at pick No. 3. The Saints are also an option with pick No. 9 or a trade up from pick No. 40. Dart is generally considered the third quarterback to come off the board after Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders, so a team in need of a franchise quarterback may take a chance on him after Ward and Sanders are selected. Teams could look to gain a fifth-year option on Dart and trade into the first round if he is not taken earlier.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports Raiders LT Kolton Miller is not participating in the voluntary offseason program and seeks an extension.
Miller was the Raiders’ first-round pick in 2018 and has started 107 games over seven seasons for the team. He is set to enter the final year of his current contract in 2025, making $12.25 million. Though he is not technically holding out yet since the offseason program is voluntary, Fowler notes Miller is seeking an extension. He finished last season with an 80.6 PFF grade, No. 14 among offensive tackles. Miller has been the Raiders’ franchise left tackle for seven years now and both sides will certainly discuss an extension as training camp nears.
Virginia Tech RB Bhayshul Tuten said he had a private workout with the Commanders’ running backs coach.
Tuten didn’t name him directly, but Anthony Lynn is currently the Commanders’ running backs coach and run game coordinator. The Commanders were hampered by injuries to both Brian Robinson Jr. and Austin Ekeler last year. Robinson Jr. missed three games and played through some of his injuries while Ekeler missed five contests and was limited to just 112 touches. Tuten crushed the combine with a 4.32 Forty at 5'9/206. He handled 200 touches in back-to-back seasons at Virginia Tech while topping 1,100 yards from scrimmage in both campaigns. He would offer the Washington backfield a good mix of durability and home run potential.
