AFC East
New England Patriots (Pick 23)
Offense - The Patriot way is taking the value that falls. The team's receiving options have been a revolving door at WR and TE outside of Julian Edelman and this is one of the deepest wide receiver drafts in a long time. There is also a need for depth along the offensive line after the position was decimated by injury during the 2019 season. Let’s not forget, the team could also be targeting a QB following the departure of Tom Brady .
Defense – New England was hit hard during free agency as key pieces such as linebackers Kyle Van Noy , Jamie Collins and Elandon Roberts signed elsewhere. The team also traded safety Duron Harmon . Expect New England to target both linebacker and defensive line position in the draft.
Dan Servodidio 1st Round Mock Draft Pick – Jordan Love, QB Utah State
New York Jets (Pick 11)
Offense – The Jets biggest needs are at wide receiver and offensive line. Fortunately, this is a draft heavy on talent at both positions and they will be in position to take some of the best players on the board.
Defense - The Jets run defense was among the best in football, allowing the fewest yards per carry in the league but that pass defense could use some help. Pick 11 would be early for a secondary player not named Jeff Okudah to come off the board so they likely stick with offense.
Dan Servodidio 1st Round Mock Draft Pick – Mekhi Becton, OT Louisville
Miami Dolphins (Pick 5, 18, 26)
Offense – They are in a great spot to nab a QB with the 5th pick, likely landing Justin Herbert but Miami has the draft capital if they want to move up to No.3 and take Tua Tagovailoa. The team is also in need of offensive line help and will certainly address that in the draft.
Defense – Miami made some solid signings in free agency to help the front seven, so I’d look for some additional secondary help in the draft.
Dan Servodidio 1st Round Mock Draft Pick – Justin Herbert, QB Oregon (#5), Xavier McKinney, S Alabama (#18), Josh Jones, OT Houston (#26)
Buffalo Bills (Traded 1st round pick for Stefon Diggs )
Offense- Offensively Buffalo is pretty set following their trade for Stefon Diggs to solidify their wide receiver group. They have a good offensive line but draft depth is never out of the question. A mid-round running back to help compliment Devin Singletree may also be a priority.
Defense- The defense has been a calling card for the Bills. They have a great pass rush and can stop the run. They signed Josh Norman to a one-year deal but it couldn’t hurt to add depth in secondary as well.
AFC North
Baltimore Ravens (Pick 28)
Offense – The Ravens offense is unique in that it goes as Lamar Jackson goes. They don’t really need a running back and wide receiver is a position they drafted last year but Jackson isn’t quite the passer. Offensive line would be a good spot to target following the retirement of Marshal Yanda .
Defense- The team is very deep in the secondary and they were busy in free agency along the defensive line. I’d look for them to target some linebacker depth in this draft.
Dan Servodidio 1st Round Mock Draft Pick – Zack Baun, LB Wisconsin
Cincinnati Bengals (Pick 1)
Offense – The team has already announced they will draft quarterback Joe Burrow with the No.1 overall pick. Offensive line is the second biggest need for this team and something that must be addressed.
Defense- Cinci spent during free agency to fill needs on the defensive side of the football. That said, there is a reason they were the worst team in football last year so there are plenty of holes still to fill.

Cleveland Browns (Pick 10)
Offense - The Browns turned the team’s lone bright spot in 2018, the OL, into a weakness in two short seasons. They need a LT and interior OLs. At pick 10 there should be a top tier tackle on the board if they want to go that route. If the rumors that OBJ could be on his way out the Browns also find themselves in a great spot to draft one of the top overall receivers in this draft class.
Defense – Name a position on defense and the Browns could use some help there outside of maybe cornerback.
Dan Servodidio 1st Round Mock Draft Pick – Browns trade down to pick 22, select Ezra Cleveland, OT Boise State
Pittsburgh Steelers (Traded 1st round pick to Miami for Minkah Fitzpatrick )
Offense – With Big Ben back the offense should be better in 2019 but a peak at a QB in the mid-rounds could also be likely after Mason Rudolph failed to impress last season. Offensive line will be another key position to fill.
Defense – Depth everywhere along the defensive side of the ball will be something to look at as the Steelers had a great pass rush but the secondary had it’s issues though improved after the trade for Fitzpatrick.
AFC South
Tennessee Titans (Pick 29)
Offense – The offensive game plan is to run the football so depth at offensive line would be solid. They could also use a wide receiver to go opposite of A.J Brown.
Defense – Cornerback depth would be nice after Malcolm Butler struggled last year. I expect Vrable to boost the defense and look to build a top end unit to compliment their smash mouth offense.
Dan Servodidio 1st Round Mock Draft Pick - A.J. Epenesa, EDGE, Iowa
Houston Texans – (Traded 1st round pick to Miami for Laremy Tunsil )
Offense – Offensive line is a major need and one that will be addressed in this draft.
Defense – Help in the secondary will be key. Depth at defensive line and linebacker will be a priority.
Indianapolis Colts (Traded 1st round pick to 49ers for DeForest Buckner )
Offense- Colts signed Phillip Rivers to a one-year deal making QB a position of need. Additional WR depth would also be helpful in a WR rich draft.
Defense – Adding DeForest Buckner will help the defense but additional depth in the secondary will be a target also.
Jacksonville Jaguars (Pick 9, 20)
Offense – Offensive line and running back could be targets here, especially if Leonard Fournette does get traded. Getting Gardner Minshew some additional receiving weapons should also be on the agenda.
Defense – The wheels are falling off here on the defensive side of the ball with the exit of nearly all of the impact players from the team that played in the AFC championship a few seasons ago. With two first round picks here they should fill the holes.

AFC West
Oakland Raiders (Pick 12, 19)
Offense – Receiver should be a priority here and there are plenty of good ones in this draft.
Defense - The Raiders need to continue to fix their defense. It wouldn't shock me if they took a CB or DL.
Dan Servodidio 1st Round Mock Draft Pick – Jerry Jeudy, WR Alabama (#12), A.J. Terrell, CB Clemson (#19)
Kansas City Chiefs (Pick 32)
Offense – Not a ton of need here on the offensive side. Offensive line and running back could be targets.
Defense - The Chiefs defense remains the team’s top shortcoming. Pat Mahomes can make up for a lot of that, though. The defensive line and secondary can all use pieces. Andy Reid has a knack for trading up when an opportunity presents itself so don't lock them into pick 32.

Los Angeles Chargers (Pick 6)
Offense - Now that Phillip Rivers is in Indy the team needs a QB for the first time in a long time. Whoever that QB is could use a WR to run with slot specialist Keenan Allen and big play guy Mike Williams .They'll also need to work on the OL to keep him upright. At pick 6 there will be options for all of that.
Defense - Next season both Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram will be free agents so adding depth along the defensive line and linebacker should be a priority.

Denver Broncos (Pick 15)
Offense – It’s pretty bare at WR next to Courtland Sutton . They could very well be left with one of Jerry Jeudy, CeeDee Lamb, or Henry Ruggs. Not a bad spot to be in. The OL got better in 2019 but should still remain a focus for improvement.
Defense – Look for depth in the secondary and linebacking group to be added.

Dallas Cowboys (Pick 17)
Offense- Sudden retirement of Travis Frederick will likely mean the team looks at offensive line. They are pretty set at offensive skill position players outside of tight end but this is not a great tight end draft.
Defense- The team will have to replace shutdown CB Byron Jones now that he walked in free agency. They may need to trade up to get that but could also roll the dice by staying pat and taking someone like Alabama's Trevon Diggs.

New York Giants (Pick 4)
Offense – Offensive line is the clear need here and one that is going to be addressed with the top offensive linemen in the draft baring a trade. Adding to the wide receiver group is also something we should see given the depth at the position in this draft.
Defense – Look for some help along the defensive line to generate pass rush for that defense.

Philadelphia Eagles (Pick 21)
Offense - The Eagles have a glaring need for WR help. Their main wideouts are old and prone to breakdown.
Defense – Addressing their issues at both linebacker and in the secondary should be the primary target early in the draft.

Washington Redskins (Pick 2)
Offense – If they can’t come to terms with Trent Williams then LT remains a need. Their WR is still a glass menagerie. Drafting a running back could also be an option given Derrius Guice and his injury history.
Defense – They will have the first crack at Chase Young and getting what everyone grades out to be the best overall player in the draft is never a bad idea. Young can be a difference maker and the Redskins need those type of players on the defensive side of the football.

Minnesota Vikings (Pick 22, 25)
Offense - Trading Stefon Diggs leaves them bare on the outside at WR. Offensive line is also a need that really should be addressed.
Defense – Vikings need a lot of help in the secondary and the front seven is not what it use to be either.

Chicago Bears (Traded 1st round pick for to Oakland for Kahlil Mack)
Offense – Help along the offensive line should be a priority. The team trade for Nick Foles but quarterback is still a position that should be addressed. Not a great draft for tight ends but they could also use help here.
Defense – Bears defense is their calling card but some help in the secondary should be a target on Day 2.
Detroit Lions (Pick 3)
Offense – Lions offense could use some help along the offensive line. They are in a great spot to also draft one of the top QB prospects in the draft if they are looking to move Matt Stafford. Pick is likely being traded.
Defense – Corner is the biggest need here after Darius Slay was dealt. When the Lions trade this pick you should expect them to go big on defense.

Green Bay Packers (Pick 30)
Offense - GB desperately needs to find a running mate at WR for Davante Adams . At pick 30 a lot is going to depend on how the first round unfolds. If a complete receiver like Denzel Mims or Justin Jefferson is there it's an easier sell. The organization doesn't often chase a Tee Higgins type, though.
Defense – The Packers defense started off strong but was soon exposed in the passing game. Help in the secondary and linebacking group will be targets.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Pick 14)
Offense - Adding Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski was a coup for an often forgotten franchise. If they ignore a shoddy OL it will all be for naught. TB12 has always needed a clean pocket to be most effective. Now more so than ever.
Defense – Buccaneers had one of the leagues best run defenses in 2019 but the secondary was often torched. Some of the defensive woes likely had to do with all the turnovers from Jameis Winston but additions in the secondary and linebacker group should be targeted.

New Orleans Saints (Pick 24)
Offense – Team is largely set at skill positions, especially after signing Emmanuel Sanders to lineup in the slot opposite Michael Thomas . Offensive line and quarterback should be targets in later rounds.
Defense- They need plenty on defense, though. Outside of Marcus Lattimore the secondary has been a liability. They're also in need of an improved pass rush. If they aren't happy with a second tier CB like LSU's Kristian Fulton there are plenty of athletic rushers with some rough edges.

Atlanta Falcons (Pick 16)
Offense - They invested in the OL last year but it remains to be seen what dividends that will pay. Todd Gurley on a one-year deal fills a stop gap at the position but targeting a RB could also be in the cards.
Defense - Somehow the defense remains the biggest liability on the team despite it being a main focus of the front office. They had liabilities exposed both against the rush and the pass.

Carolina Panthers (Pick 7)
Offense – Cam Newton is no longer under center as the team signed Teddy Bridgewater to a three-year deal. Suring up the offensive line would be a good idea here but overall, the offense is pretty set.
Defense – Big losses on the defensive side of the ball as they effectively lost their best linebacker, defensive linemen, and cornerback this past offseason.

NFC West
Arizona Cardinals (Pick 8)
Offense – The Cardinal offensive line has been in shambles for some time now. Kliff Kingsbury’s up-tempo style can hide some of those shortcomings but not all of them and not all of the time. They’d be wise to invest heavy draft capital there with many of the skill positions now set and Kyler Murray in place as a franchise QB.
Defense – Help all across the defense would also be a smart move here after the offensive line is addressed.

Los Angeles Rams (Traded 1st round pick for Jalen Ramsey )
Offense – The team moved on from Todd Gurley so addressing the depth at RB will likely be a focus. Suring up the offensive line is something that also likely gets addressed.
Defense – I expect they look to replace Clay Matthews and Dante Fowler so drafting linebackers and defensive ends will be a target in the second round.
San Francisco 49ers (Pick 13, 31)
Offense – There is a definite need at wide receiver and they are in a great spot to draft one of the top receivers in the draft. Like most teams, offensive line depth will be a priority. I could see QB also being drafted in the later rounds.
Defense- Defense was a calling card for the 49ers last season but after trading DeForest Buckner they certainly have a hole to fill along the defensive line. Help in the secondary will also be drafted.

Seattle Seahawks (Pick 27)
Offense - Yet another team that has perennially neglected their OL. Sure, they added Duane Brown , who has been an enormous upgrade. The rest of the line is still swiss cheese. They could use a WR to complement their vertical threats. Given the injuries to Chris Carson and Rashad Penny, I could see a RB being drafted as well.
Defense- Jadeveon Clowney is still a free agent so the team could certainly use some help along the defensive line and linebacker group. Improving this defense as a hole will keep them on par with the rest of their division as well.
