James Harden stuffed the stat sheet on Friday with 23 points (8-of-15 FGs), 11 rebounds, 10 assists, two steals, one block, two three-pointers and five turnovers in a 101-100 win over the Kings.
Harden recorded the 80th triple-double of his career and made a few big plays late to help the Clippers secure the win. He also had a few rough plays down the stretch that nearly cost them, including two missed free throws and a turnover that gave the Kings the ball with two seconds left and a chance to win. It has been an excellent season for Harden, and he has really picked up his play recently as the Clippers push for a higher seed in the playoffs. They’ll take on the Warriors in the regular season finale on Sunday.
