Damian Lillard PORBackDAY TO DAYLillard has missed his last two games with a back injury but it shouldn't keep him out for long. If needs another game out, Anfernee Simons will fill in. 
Klay Thompson GSWKneeNo TimetableIt hasn't been confirmed that we won't see Thompson play this season but we won't see him until late March, early-April at the earliest. Glenn Robinson III and Jordan Poole will pick up more minutes for the season. 
DeMarcus Cousins LALKneeOUT FOR THE SEASONCousins tore his ACL in the offseason and we won't see him suit up this season. Dwight Howard and JaVale McGee will pick up his minutes this season. 
Victor Oladipo INDKnee3-6 WeeksThe question is whether or not Oladipo makes it back to the court before the end of 2019? Malcolm Brogdon (if healthy) becomes the prioritized scorer and Jeremy Lamb (when healthy) and Justin Holiday will fill in early on. 
Nikola Vucevic ORLAnkle4-5 WeeksWith Vucevic out, Khem Birch and Mohamed Bamba will split the open minutes. Jonathan Isaac benefits indirectly especially if Aaron Gordon needs to miss time. 
Malcolm Brogdon INDBackDAY TO DAYBrogdon's back is in pain and he's missed his last two games. His minutes will be divided between Aaron Holiday and T.J. McConnell (if healthy). 
Ricky Rubio PHXBackDAY TO DAYRubio missed his last game with a back injury and if he needs to miss more time, Tyler Johnson will fill in. We will see Devin Booker run the point a bit more as well.

Kyrie Irving BKNShoulderDAY TO DAYIrving will sit for the fourth straight game on Friday. Spencer Dinwiddie will be the biggest beneficiary and Joe Harris will also see more minutes with Caris LeVert also out. 
Jusuf Nurkic PORLegNo TimetableIt's hard to tell whether or not we'll see Nurkic take the court this season after suffering a terrible leg injury. March is possible, but even the Blazers aren't ready to commit to that. Hassan Whiteside will start in his place.

Hassan Whiteside PORHipDAY TO DAYThe Blazers are running out of options and if they are in a situation in which Whiteside can't go as they were on Thursday, Skal Labissiere will benefit by picking up the vacant minutes. 
De'Aaron Fox SACAnkleNo TimetableWe don't know when we'll see Fox again as he deals with a terribly sprained ankle. From the minutes side, Cory Joseph (if healthy) should benefit the most, but this injury should also open up more shots for Bogdan Bogdanovic

Kyle Lowry TORThumb1-3 WeeksLowry fractured his thumb and while he's out for the next few weeks, Fred VanVleet will fill in and spend a lot of time running the point. If the Raptors need another option, they could rely on Norman Powell to help.
Clint Capela HOUConcussionNo TimetableWe're waiting to see if Capela needs to be placed in the league's concussion protocol. If he does need to sit for a couple of games, Tyson Chandler will get more playing time at center. 
Gordon Hayward BOSHand5-6 Weeks Hayward had to have surgery on his hand and he'll miss multiple weeks. Jaylen Brown 's usage will rise and Marcus Smart (if healthy) will see more minutes and more shots until Hayward returns. 
Jeremy Lamb INDAnkleDAY TO DAYLamb is still recovering from his ankle injury but the end is in sight and he could return next game. T.J. Warren will continue to have a bigger role until Lamb returns. Aaron Holiday could find himself seeing an uptick in minutes.
Aaron Gordon ORLAnkleNo TimetableWe're unsure when Gordon will return, but it's likely that he will be out for multiple games. Jonathan Isaac 's usage goes up and Al-Farouq Aminu should see more minutes. 
Josh Hart NOAnkleDAY TO DAYHart has missed his last five games with lower body injuries. Frank Jackson and even E'Twaun Moore to see more minutes. Lonzo Ball 's usage should go up.

Caris LeVert BKNThumb3-5 WeeksWith LeVert out and having surgery on his thumb, expect more minutes and production from Joe Harris and Taurean Prince . Spencer Dinwiddie should benefit as well indrectly. 
Serge Ibaka TORAnkleDAY TO DAYIbaka is apparently getting close to returning. Marc Gasol and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson will see more minutes if Ibaka needs to continue to sit.
Aron Baynes PHXHipDAY TO DAYBaynes has missed his last two games with a hip injury and if he needs more time off, Frank Kaminsky and Dario Saric will fill in. 
Zach Collins PORShoulder 15-17 WeeksCollins will be out for multiple months and Carmelo Anthony and Anthony Tolliver will fill the void. They do have Mario Hezonja , but he can't match up against low-post players.
Bogdan Bogdanovic SACHamstringDAY TO DAYBogdanovic may have to sit for Friday's game and that could mean more usage is going the way of Harrison Barnes and Nemanja Bjelica
Eric Gordon HOUKnee5-6 WeeksGordon will be out for multiple weeks after having knee surgery. With Danuel House also injured, Austin Rivers should get more playing time in the Rockets rotation with their second unit.  
Ed Davis UTFibula2-3 WeeksDavis' fibula is fractured and he'll need time to recover. Jeff Green and Tony Bradley will pick up minutes until he returns. Georges Diang is another big body who can also find himself grabbing playing time. 
Kevon Looney GSWHamstringDAY TO DAYLooney is getting close to returning and adding much-needed depth to the Warriors frontcourt. Willie Cauley-Stein and Eric Paschall will be in a minutes battle once he returns.
Reggie Jackson DETBack4-6 WeeksStress reactions are never good and are tough to recover from and this will keep Jackson on the sidelines for a while. Derrick Rose takes over in the starting lineup with Tim Frazier backing him up.
Gerald Green HOUFootOUT FOR THE SEASONGreen's foot is broken to the point that we won't see him this season. Eric Gordon (when healthy), Danuel House Jr. (when healthy) and Austin Rivers will pick up the slack this season. House will be the biggest beneficiary.

Kevin Huerter ATLShoulder3-5 WeeksHuerter's rotator cuff is strained and he will be out for at least a few weeks. Cam Reddish (if healthy) and DeAndre Bembry should see more minutes. Chandler Parsons could get into the mix as well.
Damion Lee GSWHand1-3 WeeksLee fractured his hand and while he sits, Alec Burks and Glenn Robinson III will see more minutes and usage. 
Landry Shamet LACAnkleNo TimetableIt's uncertain when we'll see Shamet back on the floor and this opens up back up minutes for Rodney McGruder to get more involved. Paul George being back will also help filling in the gap. 
Trevor Ariza SACGroinDAY TO DAYAriza strained his groin last week and with De'Aaron Fox already out, it can only bode well for Bogdan Bogdanovic who will certainly pick up minutes and shots even with Cory Joseph also hurt.
