Enjoy daily hoops while you still can with only a couple days left in the NBA regular season. Russell Westbrook is the top overall play for the second straight day because he has an amazing matchup, is trying to will his into the playoffs, and is fighting for the scoring title. All of those things add up for another monster game from Westbrook.
The rest of the point guard position is strong as well as Damian Lillard, Elfrid Payton, and Jordan Clarkson are all quality top-tier options. Clarkson continues to produce huge fantasy numbers (except when he plays the Clippers) and he doesn't cost that much on FantasyAces or DraftKings. Zach LaVine and Michael Carter-Williams are quality mid-tier options. LaVine doesn't cost that much despite his high ceiling. Beno Udrih is a great low-tier option if Mike Conley doesn't play.
The shooting guard position is led by Dwyane Wade, who has a reasonable price tag and the ability to put up big fantasy numbers. He does have some injury risk, but the Heat are fighting for the playoffs, so expect Wade to play a lot of minutes tonight. C.J. McCollum, Ben McLemore, and Jabari Brown are all great low-tier options (that is the order I have them ranked).
The small forward position is loaded with quality low-tier options in Rodney Hood, Omri Casspi, and Al-Farouq Aminu. Hood has the highest ceiling in the group, and he becomes practically a must-start if Gordon Hayward doesn't play. Andrew Wiggins is the best option at the position, despite his high price tag, because he's going to play around 40 minutes and produce stats in all categories. Danilo Gallinari is a good GPP option because of his high ceiling.
The power forward position is another great place to save money as Tarik Black, Derrick Williams, and Jason Thompson are all great low-tier options that will crush their value. Anthony Davis has a great matchup, but I'd rather spend up for Westbrook instead of Davis. Blake Griffin and Pau Gasol are going to have good games, but it will be tough for either of them to exceed value. Draymond Green is a great option since his price tag is still low despite his recent surge in production.
The center position is dominated by top-tier options in Brook Lopez, Hassan Whiteside, and even DeAndre Jordan. Whiteside is the best overall play at the position because his price tag is relatively cheap, has a superb matchup, and could finish the night as the top overall player at the position. Lopez has been awesome recently, but his price tag is extremely high, so it's hard to roster him and Westbrook. Kosta Koufos is a quality punt play if Marc Gasol is out. Cole Aldrich is a decent punt play as well if he starts.
