Dalen Terry (calf) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Heat.

Terry was initially probable for Wednesday’s Play-In tournament game, so the status upgrade was expected. While he will provide depth off the bench, the third-year guard is unlikely to have a vital role within the Bulls’ rotation.

Dodgers recalled RHP Bobby Miller from Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Miller will make his long-awaited season debut on Wednesday night against the Rockies. The 26-year-old former top pitching prospect offers some real intrigue for fantasy purposes if his stuff looks as potent as it did during the early stages of spring training before he was struck in the head by a line drive. He’s worthy of a speculative roster spot in deeper mixed leagues based on his immense raw talent alone.

Dodges optioned RHP Landon Knack to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Knack has been jettisoned back to the minors with Bobby Miller coming up on Wednesday night for his season debut against the Rockies. The 27-year-old former top prospect delivered a pair of underwhelming starts during a brief big-league stint and will attempt to iron things out back at Triple-A Oklahoma City. He’s off fantasy manager’s radar screens until we see some legitimate improvement at the highest level.

Red Sox recalled INF/OF Nick Sogard from Triple-A Worcester.

Sogard gets the call to fill Alex Bregman’s roster spot while the veteran third baseman is away from the club for a couple days on paternity leave. He can be safely ignored in all fantasy formats.

Red Sox placed 3B Alex Bregman on the paternity leave list.

Bregman flew back to Boston following a sublime five-hit, two-homer performance on Tuesday night against the Rays to be with his family for the birth of his second child. He’ll presumably be ready to return at some point later this week. It’ll be Nick Sogard taking his spot on the Red Sox’ active roster.

Ben Rice is not in the lineup for Wednesday’s showdown against the Royals.

Rice takes a seat to open Wednesday’s contest with tough lefty Kris Bubic toeing the rubber for Kansas City. The 26-year-old rising slugger has had a ton of success pulling the ball with authority in the early portion of the season, hitting .273/.385/.618 with five homers and two steals through 16 games. It’ll be Aaron Judge taking a turn at DH with Trent Grisham getting into the lineup in center field.
