The Phillies DH is riding a 32-game on-base streak and his total bases stat-line looks like this? I get that Ben Brown is a solid strikeout pitcher and Schwarber has looked like he’s pressing a little lately, but the ex-Cub has a career .241/.354/.503 slash line at Wrigley Field and he should be able to deliver at least one hit in today’s action. We’re not even being greedy here. This one should cash quickly.

He’s just too damn good and Ryan Pepiot has been too damn hittable recently. Yes, he threw a nice quality start against the Yankees his last time out, but he still gave up a bunch of hits and walked four which means he wasn’t confidently pounding the strike zone. He’ll try to attack the Padres early on, but Tatis is so dialed-in right now, it’s tough to think he’ll be held in check for this one. Use with confidence.
