Back in action here on a Monday with a short slate and not a ton of marquee names from which to choose. Still, we should be able to find you something tasty enough to keep you happy in both cash games and GPP, so let’s just get right to it.

Zack Greinke, ARI – You could play the “revenge game” card here but it’s not like Greinke walked away from the Dodgers with any animosity. So instead, look to the Dodgers’ below-average .300 wOBA against righties all year and their recent .241 mark over the last seven days.
Wei-Yin Chen, MIA – The Padres have hit lefties fairly well this season, but they’re also striking out at a 25-percent rate against them too. Couple that with their recent run with a .299 wOBA and just a .134 ISO over the last seven days and Chen should have himself a solid outing.
Edinson Volquez, KC – The Tribe is struggling mightily lately with their measley .111 ISO and .257 wOBA over the last seven days. With those numbers and a 25.1-percent strikeout rate, they shouldn’t give Volquez much trouble here. The price is nice for both cash and GPP action.
R.A. Dickey, TOR – I don’t like using Toronto pitchers when they’re making a home start, but the knuckleball versus a Phillies team that has a .250 wOBA and a 30.2-percent K-rate is awfully tough to pass up here.
Ricky Nolasco, MIN – The sun shines on a dog’s ass at least once and that could be today for Nolasco, one of the biggest dogs in the game. The Angels are expected to still have Mike Trout in the lineup, but he’s dealing with a bruised hand and the team, as a whole, has just a .283 wOBA over the past week with a 20.6-percent strikeout rate which is a little high for them.
Daniel Wright, CIN – Here’s your dart, folks. Wright gets the rotation spot previously held by Alfredo Simon and he draws the lowly Braves here. His numbers do not look good at all, but for the sake of a GPP lineup, their ineptitude coupled with his pricing make for at least a shot at a $1 entry on FanDuel.
