Aaron Judge Dabble Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI

The Yankees, in general, are destroying left-handed pitching on the whole, but Judge continues to stand out with a .687 wOBA, four home runs and 10 RBI against southpaws this season and we’re going to lock him down against Robbie Ray. I’m actually surprised his HRR is only at 1.5 considering he’s got three hits, all home runs, in eight at-bats against Ray, but I’ll just happily accept this gift.

Ray has looked solid through his first two starts, but he also hasn’t faced a lineup as potent as that of the Yankees who already have 14 homers against southpaws this season. Ray can handle lineups like the Mariners and Reds, but this is a whole different animal and we’re ready to invest.

 

 

 

Oneil Cruz Dabble Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI (1.1x)

From one superstar to another, only this one comes with a bit more risk which is why there’s a 1.1 multiplier on it. Cruz missed Wednesday’s game with a finger issue after getting hit on the hand Tuesday. But there were no breaks or fractures and now he’s had another off day on Thursday. So, let’s get it! 

The lefty-swinging outfielder has a .395 wOBA against righties this season with a .259 ISO and just as many walks as there are strikeouts. With two homers and five RBI, we’re expecting a solid effort against Brady Singer who looks good through two starts but is giving up way too many fly balls. If he were posting a near-50-percent ground ball rate I might pause, but he isn’t, and this is Great American Smallpark we’re talking about.
