PrizePicks Prop Selection:
k0nfig (Astralis) - Over 38.5 Kills vs. Evil Geniuses - 1:00 PM ET (Maps 1-2)
- K0nfig led his team at the two most recent events that Astralis played with a 1.15 Rating / 0.81 Kills Per Round across 11 maps played at IEM Katowice 2022 and a 1.22 Rating / 0.76 Kills Per Round across four maps played at the IEM Katowice play-in event. Those matches took place on LAN with no live audience, which is the same environment as ESL Pro League Season 15. K0nfig's stats for the year are not as impressive due to poor performances at BLAST Premier Spring Groups and Funspark ULTI Finals, but Astralis did not play well as a team overall at those events. The addition of Farlig should help to stabilize this Astralis roster, and the Danes are (-215) moneyline favorites in this spot against a struggling Evil Geniuses roster.
- The map pool is somewhat unclear here since EG have only played each map once with this lineup, besides Inferno and their permaban, Ancient. Inferno is certainly a possible option for EG'S map pick, and k0nfig leads Astralis with a 1.09 Rating / 0.74 Kills Per Round across five maps played on Inferno in 2022.
