CFB DFS Lineups: Top Plays
Taylen Green, QB, Arkansas ($8,400 DK / $12,500 FD)
The Arkansas vs. Memphis matchup is one to target from both sides this week. For the Razorbacks, dual-threat QB Taylen Green is the main attraction. He’s put up 43, 47, and 39 DK points in the first three weeks while putting up an 11:2 TD: INT ratio, and already racking up 307 rushing yards. Green went off for 305 passing yards and 115 rushing yards in last week’s high-scoring game vs. Ole Miss. A similar stat line is possible in Week 4. Green and Utah’s Devon Dampier are the top two quarterbacks to pay up for on this slate.Â
Kewan Lacy, RB, Ole Miss ($7,700 DK / $10,000 FD)
Ole Miss has one of the highest projected team totals on this slate. It puts Kewan Lacy firmly in play as a top overall running back. The Rebels’ RB was held to just 44 rushing yards last week vs. Arkansas, but he’s bound to get back to 100+ against Tulane this week. He’s the bell-cow in this backfield and should see 20-30 touches again. That volume provides a safe DFS floor with plenty of upside, like when he scored 3 TDs in Week 1. Ole Miss also could look to feed him early and often with QB Austin Simmons banged up.Â
Jordan Dwyer, WR, TCU ($5,600 DK / $9,200 FD)
DraftKings is still adjusting its pricing, especially in the WR pool. A prime example is TCU wideout Jordan Dwyer, who should not be this cheap on DK. He’s still a GPP upside play on FanDuel, but it’s a steal on the DK slate. TCU has one of the top projected team totals in a likely offensive shootout with SMU here. Dwyer will be busy as the Horned Frogs’ top receiver. Through two games, he has 14 receptions on 17 targets for 225 yards and 2 TDs. The Idaho transfer has come in and immediately become a favorite weapon for QB Josh Hoover. Stacking the pair together is a good strategy as well.Â

CFB DFS Lineups: Value Plays
Jake Retzlaff, QB, Tulane ($7,100 DK / $9,900 FD)
Admittedly, there aren’t many worthwhile value quarterbacks on this slate. Tulane QB Jake Retzlaff is very affordable on DraftKings, though. There’s also a chance he outperforms the FanDuel price tag as the 13th-most expensive QB on that slate. Retzlaff should be busy as both a passer and runner in a likely shootout with Ole Miss. The BYU transfer already has 288 rushing yards and 6 rush TDs on 40 attempts through three games, including a 4 TD effort last week. His legs provide a floor with plenty of upside, especially in a high-scoring contest.Â
Sutton Smith, RB, Memphis ($6,600 DK / $8,100 FD)
The value running backs are also tough to come by this week. One guy who could end up outscoring some of the higher-priced RBs, though, is Sutton Smith. The Memphis tailback had 120 total yards last week against Troy and 117 total yards in Week 2. Plus, he’s scored 4 times through three games while averaging 6.0 yards per carry. The Tigers have a shot at upsetting Arkansas at home in an expected high-scoring contest here. Smith should play a key role with heavy volume.Â
Hunter Andrews, WR/TE, Utah ($3,200 DK / $5,100 FD)
There are a ton of value receivers this week, especially on DraftKings. If you’re playing on DK, Harrison Wallace and Romello Brinson headline the list. Another cheap option is Utah tight end Hunter Andrews. He’s playing a hybrid role in the Utes’ offense as both a ball-carrier and pass-catcher. Over the past two games combined, Andrews has 83 rushing yards on 11 carries in addition to 8 receptions for 63 yards. In a high-scoring, close matchup vs. Texas Tech this week, he should be involved enough to return value.Â
