CFB DFS Lineups: Top Plays
Brendan Sorsby, QB, CincinnatiÂ
DK: $6,800 | FD: $10,600
Quarterback is a tough position to navigate this week. Guys like Ty Simpson or Miller Moss have upside at their prices. Sawyer Robertson and Noah Fifita stand out on the DK slate, but both are also expensive. In the mid-tier range, Brendan Sorsby should provide a strong cash floor while averaging 33.4 DK points per game. The Cincinnati dual-threat is playing at a high level right now and just accounted for 440 total yards in last week’s road upset over Kansas. He also has 227 rushing yards and 4 rush TDs over 4 games so far, which makes him attractive for DFS lineups.Â
Adam Randall, RB, ClemsonÂ
DK: $6,600 DK | FD: $9,200
The sky might be falling in Clemson, but Adam Randall will still be a top DFS running back in the right matchups. The Tigers’ tailback put up 174 total yards and 32 DK points last time out vs. Syracuse. He’s now averaging 129.7 total yards over the past 3 games while seeing a healthy amount of touches as the bell-cow. Randall now faces a North Carolina defense that’s been shaky against the run. In its two power-conference matchups so far, UNC allowed 258 rush yards to TCU and 143 rush yards to UCF. It’s a favorable spot for Randall, who should go for 100+ yards with a TD or two as Clemson is a double-digit favorite.Â
Ryan Williams, WR, Alabama
DK: $8,100 DK | FD: $8,200
If Alabama is on the slate, then stud wideout Ryan Williams should always be considered a top WR play. He has the weekly upside to post big numbers, like when he went for 165 yards and 2 TDs against Wisconsin two games ago. Though Georgia held Williams to just 43 yards last week, he was still plenty involved with 5 catches on 8 targets. Plus, the stat line easily could’ve been much better had Williams not dropped a sure-fire long TD. Expect a bounce-back performance from Bama’s top receiver. Vanderbilt allowed 274 passing yards and 5 pass TDs to Utah State last week, and could be vulnerable to the Crimson Tide's air attack on the road here.Â

CFB DFS Lineups: Value Plays
Maddux Madsen, QB, Boise State
DK: $6,200 DK | FD: $8,400Â
Although Boise State is a sizable road underdog at Notre Dame here, QB Maddux Madsen can still put up numbers. The Irish pass defense has struggled this year, ranking 121st in passing yards allowed per game. They beat Purdue by 26 points last week, yet still allowed 303 passing yards and 3 pass TDs. Madsen can be a strong value QB for your Super-Flex spot in this matchup. He’s thrown for 321, 276, and 307 yards in the past 3 games with an 8:1 TD:INT ratio in this stretch. He’s also shown some dual-threat upside at times. Boise is still projected to score 20 points or more this week, and much of its offensive production likely comes through the air.Â
Kaytron Allen, RB, Penn StateÂ
DK: 5,700 | FD: $8,800
UCLA has one of the worst run defenses in the country, allowing 232.8 rushing yards per game (133rd in FBS) and 5.35 yards per carry (124th). This is a smash spot for the Penn State running game and the RB duo of Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen. Both are firmly in play, but the savings on Allen make him the better per-dollar value with upside to outperform many RBs priced higher. Plus, Allen is averaging 7.1 yards per carry with 327 rushing yards on the season compared to just 3.8 ypc and 200 yards for Singleton.Â
Trell Harris, WR, VirginiaÂ
DK: $4,400 | FD: $7,200Â
The Virginia vs. Louisville game has one of the highest totals on the main slate. Getting exposure to this potential shootout is likely a good idea. Virginia wideout Trell Harris offers a cheap way to do so. Harris has a team-high 366 receiving yards this season. He can provide a solid floor of receptions and yards in this game, where plenty of offense is expected on both sides. Louisville’s defense has yet to face an offense as good as Virginia’s, and it still allowed a 100-yard receiver last week.Â
