Seth Jarvis said Thursday he doesn't remember much from Game 7 on Monday before or after the game after he was concussed.
Jarvis left the contest after he was hit hard by Jacob Trouba of the New York Rangers. It sounds like he is on the mend and he won't shy away from continuing to play his game. Jarvis had a successful rookie season and he could have some sleeper potential going into 2022-23.
Seth Jarvis (upper body) won't return to Game 7 on Monday night against the New York Rangers.
Seth Jarvis suffered an upper-body injury early in the first period of Game 7 and will not return.
That's a big loss for the Hurricanes who have come to rely on the rookie's outstanding two-way play this season. Should the Hurricanes defeat the Rangers, consider Jarvis day-to-day.
Rookie Seth Jarvis picked up his eighth point in the playoffs Saturday.
Jarvis has been great in the playoffs as the 20-year-old has three goals and eight points in 13 games after his assist on Brady Skjei's first goal of the post-season. Jarvis, who was selected 13th overall in the first round of the 2020 draft, is an up-and-coming star who should be drafted late in most pools next season.
