2024 Player Outlook
Brock Bowers is arguably the best pass-catching tight end prospect we've ever seen. Not only has he been the best tight end in a decade in virtually every stat and grade but, in his three years of college, he won the John Mackey Award for the best tight end TWICE. His landing spot in the 2024 NFL Draft, however, left something to be desired as he will have a tough battle with Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers for what might be middling quality targets from either Gardner Minshew or Aiden O'Connell. And that's assuming he avoids the dreaded "tight end snap rotation" with Michael Mayer. Even then, a pass catcher of this caliber could command a huge target share and break out right from the jump so he might still be worth the upside play.
