Orioles optioned RHP Bryan Baker to the Spring Training Complex.
Baker is now ineligible to pitch for the Orioles in the Wild Card and Division Series rounds of the playoffs. He had a 5.01 ERA in 19 appearances with the Orioles this year.

Baker is up after the Orioles decided to move on from Craig Kimbrel with Kimbrel being designated for assignment. Baker, 29, will provide a mid-to-late inning option for the Baltimore bullpen.
