Josh Hader worked a scoreless ninth inning to earn the save against the Cardinals on Tuesday.
Hader was summoned in the ninth inning to close out the game with a two-run lead. He shut the door on the Cardinals on ten pitches, striking out one batter for his fourth save of the season. The 31-year-old left-hander has been sharp since giving up three runs in his first outing, making six scoreless appearances.
