While there are players emerging that can help you down the home stretch, the lack of activity at the trade deadline has certainly lessened the fantasy impact. With approximately seven weeks remaining in the regular season, the time to make a move is now. I was mired in last place in rebounding in my league, so I moved several big men for perimeter players to attempt to gain points in assists, three pointers and steals. Don't force moves or make them just to do it, but in order for transactions to have time to take effect, do them now.

Bradley Beal SG Washington- Beal was coming around before injuring his wrist in a fall about a month ago. Beal was dropped in many leagues and if he is available in yours, grab him! Beal is scoring at more than 20 ppg over his last six and is developing into an elite three point shooter. Washington is playing some excellent ball and has an outside chance at moving into the eight spot in the Eastern conference. Beal is also averaging nearly eight rebounds per game over his last three, with a high of twelve against Denver.
Kawhi Leonard SF San Antonio- Leonard has unique value, not only does he qualify at several positions, he contributes in categories across the board. Leonard has had a huge February and is now reliably among the top three Spurs in minutes per game. Leonard is averaging nearly 15 points per game this month, while pulling down 6.5 rebounds per contest. The versatility that Leonard provides comes in the secondary categories with three pointers, steals and blocks. If Leonard isn't available, maybe his teammate on the perimeter is....
Danny Green SG San Antonio- Green is much like Leonard in that he qualifies at both guard and forward and is taking advantage in the reduced minutes by Manu Ginobili. Green had an off night Monday in Phoenix, but otherwise has had a very solid month. Green has averaged nearly 14 points per game, while contributing roughly three assists and rebounds per game. Green has three point range and will help you in steals and blocks. Leonard and Green are the future in San Antonio and helping the "Big Three" towards a deep playoff run.
Emeka Okafor C Washington- While Okafor is averaging nearly a double/double for the season, he's been doing some serious fantasy work since the Holidays. Over the last month, Okafor is averaging 12.5 points and pulled down more than 11 rebounds per game. Okafor is forward/center eligibile in many leagues and really took off when his partner in the paint, Nene got healthy. Add John Wall running the show and not only are the Wizards winning, but they have as many as five players who are fantasy worthy.
Derrick Williams PF Minnesota- I don't know what was more shocking, Minnesota doing everything it could to trade Williams, or no other team in the Association showing much interest. Williams is getting some serious minutes as Kevin Love recovers from his wrist injury and he is carving out minutes for the long term. Over the past couple of weeks, Williams is averaging nearly 19 points and more than 10.5 rebounds per game. In a league where nobody is averaging 20 and 10, this is a considerable fantasy contribution.
Jeff Green PF Boston- Green seems to have found his game after working his way back from last season's serious injury. Over the past 30 days, Green is logging more than 30 minutes per contest, scoring more than 15 points per game while pulling down nearly four rebounds. Green exploded for 31 points in Phoenix on Friday night and has stepped up to fill the void created by the loss of Rajon Rondo and others. Green's versatility as a combo forward rewards fantasy owners with inside/outside fantasy numbers.
